No air con but owner gave us a big strong fan to use.

We stayed here on arrive to Christchurch and the room wasn't the cleanest and there was a terrible smell. We had already booked here for our return flights as well. When we arrived for our return, we were in rooms upstairs and the room was heaps cleaner and cleaning smelling. A lot happy this time round

wouldn't say didn't like, but a recommendation. Would be helpful if there were bedside lamps as once you turned the lights out the room was dark and the bed was on the other side of the room

The area was quiet, lovely to walk the streets. A little far we thought from grocery stores and restaurants.

The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you'd need. I would even say that the place actually looked better in real life than in the pictures. A happy surprise!

The only down side was the roof window, which was really beautiful but also meant that the appartment got light as soon as the sun started rising. For a light sensitive person it was a bit of a headache, but not a major problem.

Everything!! Locality, clean, spacious, value for money etc etc. Loved it here and Christchurch is amazing.

Nice, refurbished rooms, 3 big beds, enough space for a family of 5. 2 TVs in each unit, fully equipped kitchen, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with plenty of hot water. Owner is a nice chap. We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 rooms last week, we were satisfied.

Very large and spacious apartment which we really appreciated. Included a small balcony, and even a sitting area. The guy who checked us in was reasonably helpful.

Somewhat limited parking so we had to park right in front of the reception which was technically a disabled slot. If you come in peak season with a car, you might need to do the same. No lift that I saw - so not wheelchair friendly unless you get a ground-level apartment.

We had a pleasant stay at Belmont Motor Inn. The room was spacious and clean, with a neat and well-maintained bathroom. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay.

It has a good placement, you can get in the center easy by walking and it was comfortable.

It was a bit cold and had some spiderwebs in the room right above the bed.

Quite dated. Old smell. Blinds let light in still.

Clean and comfortable room. Facilities a little basic but for the price I paid it was very good value. Close to the city cntre too.

No hot water in the kitchen area.

Unclean, strange smell, spray paint on carpet to cover stains (badly) sleazy dresses in drawer, bedding had burns on it. Stuffy and generally unpleasant. Spa bath covered in duct tape. Left and did not get refunded although the property is not what is advertised. Ugh
