Excellent value, staff friendly & helpful, room big, full kitchenette, was a joy to stay there.

very clean and tidy, I stay here whenever i come to Christchurch very handy location for my purposes.

The fridge in room 4 door would not seal shut, warm food, not good, I put a note on the fridge to let staff know as i checked out well before the office opened up.

We had a family unit which was situated at the back, was very quiet, and travelling with a baby, they supplied a portacot, we had walking distance to everything, staff were so friendly, we had everything we needed. Great heating…Beds were super comfy too

No locks on toilet or bathroom doors, but they did have a do not disturb sign that we could have used

Great to be able to walk to Riccarton Mall to avoid the hassle of parking during Christmas mayhem. Plenty of food options within 5 minutes walk.The heated towel rail in bathroom was awesome for a heated towel in the morning as it was a cold wet day.Easy parking close to the unit.

I found it a bit messy outside the units. Trailer of piled up rubbish with overflow of 'stuff' that I had to walk past. Detracted from the overall look of the place.

A drop of room for our luggage would have been nice as we arrived early and had to go into town while the room was being prepared.

Lots of dust, especially behind the small TV which is above the dining table, net curtain ripped, paint chips, and mold around bathroom windows, hair dryers handle kept collapsing. The photos on booking.com of the king studio looked like it was on the ground floor, but I was giving one upstairs. There was no heat pump, and it got very hot in the room a couple of nights.

location is excellent walking distance to shops and food, motel clean, tidy and spa bath was great bonus.

This hotel was perfect for us but it was a bit on the outskirts of the CBZ which may be a problem for some. Room was good. Shower was great!

Marco had my room ready early for an early check-in.Great location close to Riccarton Mall. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room.
