Very large space, lots of room! Very friendly and helpful staff. Just a 17 minute drive into town to the Botanical Gardens, art galleries, shops and restaurants. They took great care of us!

Room was very outdated, I feel like photos used for advertisement is of a renovated room. Our bed in the main area was two singles pushed together, which i do understand is normal in accommodations, except our bed was two different heights and comfort types which made it very difficult for sleeping as it was my and my partner, one night we slept in separate single beds to try and be comfortable. The bathroom was not clean, walls and doors were grubby, snot was found on one of the walls that my partner had to wipe off with toliet paper, two ginger pubic hairs were found in the shower also, urine splatters on wall by toliet. There was also a strong smell of cat urine by the bed and bedside table area closest to the kitchen area. Room was very outdated and plain. Miss matched furniture, no wall art etc.

The bed was a bid hard. It was a pity that they started very early with tidying up the garden with a loud strimmer

The unit was so spacious and had everything you could possibly need! It was exceptionally clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. It's a great location and close to a supermarket and mall and only a short drive to the city centre.

Great service with an excellent location and really good sized room have stayed here previously and will definitely be staying here when we return to christchurch
