Very kind staff and lovely room. Appreciated the large bathtub!

Extremely unlikely to return. Do not recommend this property.

Booked a twin studio, travelling with my daughter. Given a double studio and staff did not apologize, or attempt anything to fix the situation. No towels or soap in bathroom, looked like the room had not been cleaned/serviced apart from remaking the bed from previous occupants. Also, when booking used a credit card to confirm the room with intentions of using a different one to pay however credit card was already deducted on arrival.

Easy to get to and from.

Missing some basics in unit, I.e. soaps in the bathroom and kitchenette areas.lThe heater units supplied are past their used by dates interms of possible safety from toppling over. Fixed wall heaters or heatpump units are better suited for application.AV systems in rooms need updating.

The owner was very rude, the bed is very uncomfortable, very cold room heater wasn't working. Smelly room. The place doesn't worth for the price.. The door lock need to be upgraded.

It was not sound proof, so we could hear the noise of vehicles in the road, might be because our room was close to the road

Good location.

Kitchen facilities needs to be improved. In one room the kettle was leaking and cutlery not enough for the number of guests.

Comfy bed and pets allowed

Shower had not been cleaned. Dirty pots. No bowls. Leaky tap. Outside light didn’t work. Windows and doors stiff.

Easy to check in late. Getting the key was easy.

Tap loose in kitchen.No milk for drinks.No hot chocolate just opened teabags...??Blinds were all buggered and hard to close.Used soaps in shower and no soaps in dispensers...Blown light bulb in bathroom.One build colored in with a marker pen to make it duller.Absolutely no pressure in shower.Stupid set up with the beds.Either put 2 singles in the lounge or put the double out there and the singles in the bedroom.Had to have 1 kid in our room and 1 in the lounge..!? Freeview box has something spilled on it and not cleaned.Needs some TLC and money spentFar to over priced for what you get. Will not recommend.

handy location

rundown, very dated, unclean room, body hair in the bath, hairs on the tea towels, broken hinges on cupboard doors, very dated appliances that didn’t feel safe to use with a family, hand soap and dish soap seemed like the same product. Not an enjoyable stay.

The wifi wasn't working at all inside the room. We had to come outside the room to use service

Good, handy location. But that does mean that it comes with road noise.Price was good, and the rooms were clean.

The units were dirty especially the bathroom door. Grubby everywhere. Venetian blind in kitchen was broken and dirty

the property is complete with kitchen facilities, heater, couch and 2 rooms, walking distance to hyper market, very convenient

traffic noise very loud, shower was very weak. no complementary milk.

Location and price were the reason we chose this property.

Kettle didn’t work, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and rubbish bags from person before left outside the front door.

The location and rooms was good, beds r comfortable. And the amenities are good.

The room wasn't prepared for arrival, and there was still rice mess on the cook top. There weren't any hand towels or Bath mate available. The vacuum was not done as well. The guy at reception was helpful. But with family, I wouldn't recommend it. No cleaning done at all. Thanks.
