Handiness to hospital

Very tired and dated.

Location is very convenient. Rooms were spacious. Basic amenities like towels, shampoo conditioner and hair-dryer were provided although there was no body wash. Well- equipped kitchenette. Bathroom looks recently renovated was clean. There was a iron provided. Easy check-in and check-out process. Paid laundry area available.

The carpark is very narrow, and it is very hard to park in the car spaces between the columns. Beds were too soft and uncomfortable.

It is pet friendly and good location

We had a quite disappointing stay. We chose this motel as it is pet friendly, and I am more than happy to pay an extra charge, especially when it’s going towards deep cleaning. How I wished the room have been just standard cleaned. It seemed like it was only surfaces that have been wipe down (except the tv and the towel heating rack). Had stains on my pillow cover, the floor didn’t seemed vacuumed, and let’s not forget to mention the dust webs in every corner and the mold in the bathroom . The room we stayed at was more than tired, closer to neglected with missing paint, stains and chips in the walls and bathroom door. I can live with a tired and not functioning room, if it was clean. Will definitely not come back to stay.

Very central and rooms were modern and tidy. Host has Netflix available in every room so no need to log in with your own account.

The wifi is free but very slow, unsure if it’s even fibre which meant that sometimes you couldn’t stream the provided Netflix.

The bathroom door didn't close properly and all night was very noisy , someone was cooking meal in the microwave at 2.00 am and could hear all the noise

Friendly staff

Was quite tired looking. Couch wasn't really usable and some damage re broken power sockets.

Clean and tidy. Shower pressure was excellent. Bed was a bit soft as were pillows so not the most comfortable. Location to half marathon start is excellent.

Staff member was friendly, bed was comfortable.

No handle/lock on toilet window, bedroom window was pushed out at top corner so got a draft, could feel springs coming through on couch.

Poor condition, windows latches broken, bathroom heater broken. Carpet badly stained.

Location to hospital

The shower flooded the bathroom floor. The duvet was So heavy and there was no central room light. Only one switch above the bed so if one person is reading they then have to get up and go round to turn light off.

It was a 5 minute walk to hagley Park and the botanical gardens

When we moved the couch to pull the bed out it hadn't been vacuumed. Everything other than under the couch was super clean

Noisy, dirty and we will never go back. Needs cleaning properly and up grading.

Spent the first night in a room very close to the main road and kept awake most of the night with the traffic. Asked to move for the second night and were put in a much quiter room. The room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. The fridge wasn't sitting on a proper base. It had been replaced at some stage with a slightly larger one that didn't fit the gap. The heater had a build up of dust on it that must have been there for months. The curtain over the glass panel in the front door wasn't wide enough so let in light and privacy. Wouldn't go back.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Room was great, not flash, had everything needed, very clean & tidy. Best shower ever.
