Ease of check in and updates very happy with room hot shower was fantastic and location

Nothing it suited our needs

Location, pool, in general everything we needed for our stay

No aircon and even though they confirmed we would have 3 beds we ended up with a double and sofa bed. So 2 large lads had to share double bed after race competition

Very clean, looks recently refurbished, beds were comfortable. Bed linen was immaculate, as were the towels provided. The provided body wash, and shampoo was a nice touch.

The windows seemed to do very little in terms of deadening any traffic noise or retaining any heat, as it was very cold, the heaters provided were welcomed!There was a visible gap under the front door.The bathroom was quite cold and the heater in there did not work.

Location was great!

Bathroom, had mould in places. Towels had marks on them. WiFi was very poor and kept dropping out.

Our one-bedroom apartment was fantastic - spacious, well appointed and clean. Great location too, near to Hagley Park and 20 minutes from The Strip. Although on Papanui Road, the room wasn't noisy. Shelley, our host, gave us a call to check when we'd be arriving and was very welcoming.

We liked everything. No complaints.

Location was great for us. It was dog friendly. The dog run area was excellent.

The sofa and kitchen chairs weren’t very comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the unit due to the reason we were in Christchurch. We were waiting on an appointment

Super friendly and accommodation. We had out two dogs with us and they were very welcome. Great outdoor area for the dogs.

Well located, we had a dog, second time we have stayed and have enjoyed both experiences.

We had 3 adults, but only 2 towels and not enough pillows. Very high bath and slippery tiles.

The shower did leak when you used it out the door. The front door could use some oil as it was hard to turn the keep in the door.

Great central location - close to shops, and other essential services. Large, well appointed rooms - good kitchen and cooking facilities.

We absolutely loved the large room. The rooms look very new. It was so comfy and very clean. The bed slept wonderful. Enough plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Nice pool to swim and it was very quiet at night. We booked again for our next stay.
