Pros +
- Very nice “apartment” for the stay. Good beds, TV, all of it. Additionally, the receptionist was helpful, accommodating, and extremely friendly!
- Nothing other than location
- Location to the park. Plenty of parking
Cons -
- It is way smaller than the image shown in the booking, both inside the room as well as outside the entire hotel. While the room was well stocked, it did smell a little bit old and moldy that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The staff was also rude. I personally feel that she was racially discriminating against me.
- I didn't realise it was quite a walk across the park to reach the city centre. The hotel is a little outdate and needs some work but I guess this is reflected in the price as well.
- Kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional but could use a revamp. If you intend being out all day and are just needing a place for sleeping, breakfast and a shower its certainly up to the job.

A good location near Hagley Park and botanical gardens. Fairly busy road but a nice area not far to major attractions. Staff very helpful. Most major supermarkets nearby and some good food avaiable locally.
Kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional but could use a revamp. If you intend being out all day and are just needing a place for sleeping, breakfast and a shower its certainly up to the job.
The location was beautiful, right beside the park, and conveniently located to airport and some great eating options. It was an older property but was clean and comfortable.
Motel is good value for money. The managers, Lena and Peter are lovely. Room/suite was large, well ventilated and comfortable. Good kitchen facilities for a longer stay.
The bathroom is extremely small with a step up into the shower space and outdated shower fixtures with poor hot water pressure. No accessible facilities.
The two bedroom suite was large and airy. Three single beds in the 2nd room and queen in the main room. Good kitchen facilities with stove top, grill oven and microwave. Managers Peter and Lena were very helpful and friendly
We stayed in two different rooms before and after the TranzAlpine train trip. The only downfall is there are no accessible rooms and the bathrooms are extremely small with a raised shower and dated shower fittings. Even upgrading the shower head to a hand held would be an improvement.
Good location. Large rooms with kitchen facility.
Well situated but showings its age.
Room smelt possibly caused by someone smoking in it. Needs a good sort out.
Location is very good , close to Park, Al Noor Masjid, Riverside Market and Mall.Room is quite small for 5 adults, but for the price we paid , it is very good.
Bidet for the toilet should be good for hygenic purpose.
Great location
A bit noisy and dated inside
It was affordable, clean, comfortable beds, great facilities, great size fridge, free Wi-fi and parking
It was a bit outdated compared to other places we'd stayed & a long walk to the City Centre, we had to drive.
location it's closed Botanic garden and everything you need.fast WiFi. love itfacilities are so goodrooms and beds are very clean
Lovely host, really quiet, close to everything, super comfy beds, really good kitchen facilites, plenty of space (dining table, lounge area)
All was good
The location was excellent for our needs. The motel decor is a bit dated but everything very clean and nice touches like hand sanitiser, tissues, memo paper & pen. Handy to many eating places. Parking right outside the unit.
Motel was good for what we wanted
We thought that the TV had Sky channels as wanted to watch rugby test, but l was able to watch on my iPad, otherwise would have had go to pub.
Very friendly and helpful staff, large room and good facilities
Shower pressure could have been better
The apartment was clean and cozy, with the heat pump making you forget about the cold outside.
More coffee and sugar sachets (lol). Overall nothing to complain about. I was out and about most of the time so really only showered and slept there.
The staff were excellent. They allowed us an early check in which gave us a full day for other things. The room was spacious and clen
All good
Plenty of room. Good facilities and location.
Bathroom needs a bit of work.
