Quality Suites Amore

The bed was comfy

The lighting getting into the room at night made it difficult to sleep, curtains would be a great investment

Location was perfect and the decor/ bathroom was modern. Staff were friendly.

No Safe in the room, and the TV remote did not work well - couldn't get the volume up very high. Room was also a little cramped for space eg hard to find enough room to set up the ironing board.

Well stocked kitchenLittle courtyard to sit outside

No fly screens on windows

Very quiet suite, had great sleep both nights. So handy to walk to Mall and Riccarton shops.

We liked the kitchenette and the proximity to shops and restaurants. It was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. The price was very competitive.

It was a touch on the small side in terms of space for luggage. The fan in the bathroom needs replacing as it is far too loud.

I did my own breakfast. The location is a good walk to the city via Hagley park, so if you are active it is a good walk. If you aren’t very active use a car.

Clean. Friendly staff greeted me. Location walking distance to shopping centre

Nice and close to amenities and friendly staff. Good for an overnight stay.

Location, comfort, cleanliness & modernity

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor as the shower floor was same level as floor, no drain in floor & area he shower head swung towards the door with the water pressure and couldn’t be held in one place

Quality Suites Amore is my home away from home when I am visiting Christchurch. I always receive a warm welcome when I return. The location is excellent with a great choice of places to eat nearby. I highly recommend the Quality Suites Amore.

There is nothing I don't like.

Our already late arrival was an additional 1 hour later owing to flight delays. The Manager kept reception open until our arrival.

I thought the room cost for the fit out, decor etc was over priced. Need USB charging outlets for phones etc in the rooms

Amore is always fantastic, we stay there every time we visit christchurch. Communication is fantastic from the owners and the room is always warm and cozy in winter when we arrive.

Considering it was on a busy road it was very quiet. We were in a 2 bedroom on the ground floor & there was a lovely sunny outdoor area off the living area with a table & couple of chairs.

You could hear a little bit of noise from the people upstairs, walking around etc.

nice clean 2 bedroom unit... sound proof from street noise.. nice and spacious

because there was another unit above us, it was very noisy from the people upstairs when trying to sleep.. could here all sorts of thudding and even heard them clearly going to the toilet. spa bath didn't work ...

So clean and close to the hospital. Really comfy bed and lovely friendly welcoming receptionist.

Clean and easy access

Hot water kept going hot/cold as tho someone else was using the water as well

The manager was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed and it was very close to the mall.
