Airport Birches Motel

Very small single bedroom was more like a closet. Stain on single bed bedding and a couple of ants in the single bed.

Do not trust this hotel

After confirmation of the stay, they did not leave a key. Our arrival was in the middle of the night, which I had expressly told them while booking. We rang them , and she refused to get someone there to let us in, leaving us at 2:30am stranded. She said they were full, with an entire parking lot of empty spaces. It was completely unacceptable, given I had explicitly told our arrival time and date, and they had confirmed the reservation. I cannot convey how inconsiderate and incompetent this situation was.

Grounds could use some weeding and plant maintenance.

Very cozy, had everything you need!! Separate sitting room & had 3 areas to get ready toilet, sink & mirror & tub & shower were separate

Staff were friendly and helpful. Handy to where our event was and to the city centre as well

Bathroom was a bit dated and needed a bit of work on the seal and around the shower. But clean

Everything is good. There are three tv in the room we booked. However only 1 smart tv hahaha The lifts to and from the airport were very good and punctual.

It’s so close to the road so you will get road noise but that’s nothing the property can fix

Poor shower and an outside security light system that made it like daylight in your room over night.

Manager was very helpful.Bed had an electric blanket on a very cold night.

Location is good, master bed is comfy, basic kitchen facilities, whole set up is just too old fashioned

Bathroom is just unacceptable, shower doesn't have a proper soap/ dispenser holder. No place for luggage keeping. Small bed room is real tiny as well.

Convenient hotel, older style, but modernised. Comfortable bed, kitchenette was well stocked, shower was great

I always receive a warm welcome from folks here. Frank collected me from the airport and offered to let me use the room to get changed, even I was early and it wasn’t ready. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The rooms are a bit tired and the facilities are basic.

Easy access. Good location. Excellent facilities. Large room. Quiet.

Great location, clean and value for money

We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a late flight, instructions for getting key and room number very easy to follow and included a map of where our room was located. Room and bed very comfortable

Not staying there long enough

Lovely people and a nice room… someone (cleaner) was moving furniture or suitcases around next door at 6am which was a shame, overall very good!

Better bar fridge with ability to freeze things would be great!

Everything went well. Had a late night and key was there. Room was clean and nicely set up.

Milk was not left in the fridge for me to have a cuppa which I would have enjoyed.

Free pick up to and from the airport. Very nice owner. The room was clean and comfortable
