It was very close to St Bedes, Pak n save and a number of eating places - pubs, curry, the location was a huge bonus for us and couldn't fault the cleaning.

The broken/not working blind as you turn in the drive is not very welcoming and the kitchen unit was not the best as the hot water cylinder must have leaked at some stage and had warped everything, and it didn't look great. But again I can't fault the cleanliness of the place.

The location and the car park is the only thing I liked about this Motel.

It seems like the room had been painted recently, but someone did a very poor job—there was paint everywhere on the edges of the carpet and paint drops all over the carpet. The carpet was dirty, and both the floor and bathroom were unclean as well. There was mould in the shower, and the extractor fan didn’t work either. I recommend using the product 'Exit Mould' for cleaning.Additionally, the motel didn’t accept American Express, even though Booking.com states that it does. It’s better to pay online while booking. The motel also charged a percentage fee for credit card payments.Cleanliness is definitely needed at this motel—or at least in the room I stayed in. I didnt feel it was worth the price i paid. I feel ripped off.Note: I was going to mention all this at the reception during check out but no one was there. Just drop key in the box for check out.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. My room was huge! The bathroom was a good size too.

The room looked very clean, was great size and had everything we could have needed.

Personal courtyard was very over grown - we're fenced but could still see into other courtyards (not great when you have dogs).Room + bathroom both smelt of cigarettes and cheap perfume, made me feel quite sick. Unfortunately enough for me to not book again.

Close to good amenities. Clean and quiet.

The room smelt of dog ? as did the carpet. No couch I’m guessing that is so the dogs don’t sleep on it. Broken shower curtain, dated room. Weeds outside thought it he back area would have been full of dog poop so didn’t venture out. If you are going to have units for animals don’t put people in them they arnt staying with animals.

All round exceptional close to supermarket etc couldn't say enough about the staff there absolutely lovely and welcoming. Nice shower aswell. The only issue I had was the pillows on the bed were really not to my liking I do however have sleep problems and the memory foam pillows were abit to hard I just couldn't get comfortable lol ? but all in all motel was lovely . Just no hot chocolate sachets as I'm not a huge fan of coffee. And there was no fan room abit hot. Would definitely stay again though

Awesome service! We were upgraded as the lady suggested a bigger room for us and for FREE which was awesome!

Do you mean the smelly, dirty rooms, or the broken toilet, door that wont shut or the shower that sprayed all over the floor and then seeped into ths kitchen?

The ants in the bathroom. Dried dog poo in the garden and the weeds. Broken towel rail. Wardrobe wouldn't open. No teaspoons. Mattress was like sleeping on a board. Pet hair on chairs

The staff were super lovely on the day we arrived, very welcoming and open to having conversation which we appreciated. Nice courtyard and although we were far from town (wouldn't have been an issue if we had our own car, our fault!) it was super close to the airport which was handy for our early morning flight home! Also walking distance to the supermarket which is great. At the end of the day it was a bed to sleep in and the rooms are good size for 2 people and was pretty cheap compared to other motels in the area, considering the city was full this weekend for a 2 day concert.

Our room had a smell of dog that would not go away over the 3 nights we stayed there, even after opening windows and doors. I think because this hotel allows pets it may not have been cleaned properly before our arrival? Lucky, we didn't spend much time at the motel so it was only an issue when we came back at night to sleep. The smell was pretty unpleasant so I think it should be looked at. I also found the shower to be a bit dirty, you could tell that someone had just stayed in the room before we arrived.

Bathroom door wouldn't shut. Shower over bath had no hand rails so couldn't have a shower. No extractor in bathroom .Only one small amount of toilet paper so had to ask reception for another roll.Kitchen lighting not bright enough and light kept turning off. There was no comfortable chairs apart from at the table. People smoking smell came in thru windows. Front door lock faulty.
