Nice location. Plenty of helpful staff and great service! Washing and drying facilities are an extra bonus. Also right in the main bus route to the city centre.

Clean well located room with access to restaurants and main routes in the city. Close yo the airport.

Unfortunately, there was ventilation noise all night.

It was modern, clean and full of great staff!

Some of the guests were very rude, loud and had no consideration for the other guests staying in the hotel during quiet times!! Jay was absolutely amazing and dealt with the situation after my wife and I had spoken to the noisy guests 3 times!

The Bed was good , and pillows . The block out curtains were good . Parking was good too . Staff greeting good , an alway polite .

No bin liner in room. No plates or cutlery in room so we could not eat takeaway dinner in the room. Towels were not changed still hanging ones to dry on towel rail.Shower over bath not great or ideal had to basically bend over to get head wet as shower head was so low ,an we were 6'4 and 6'5 men . Would have loved just a shower which would normally be the norm to see ,specially in a HOTEL I would have thought. TV was ok but could have been centered more between the two queen beds , but it was infront of one bed , so not really practical. Beds were made over the two days we stayed. Small fridge older model so drinks we put in were found to be falling out .Overall ok but nothing to really write home about. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

The noise through the interconnecting doors late at night . Takes away soundproofing.

We stayed here due to the proximity to the airport and the courtesy bus service. Close to a large shopping complex to spend time before our flight. Late check out also provided.

Comfy bed, lovely restaurant, value for money meals

A lovely hotel with parking and well kept surrounding area. The staff were friendly and had a lovely selection for breakfast. Easy walking distance to Northlands Mall and surrounding walks. Very handy for St Georges Hospital.

Clean and cosy. Beds were amazing and customer service was fantastic. Buffet breakfast 10/10
