Gothic Heights Motel

Very clean. Great communication. Bed was a little firm but can’t please everyone

Convenient. Only 10 min to the railway station and city.

Poor water temperature and poor water pressure

Very clean, spacious room, nice shower, Netflix available, good location, really great value.

Found it annoying that other guests continually took our car park (right outside our door) which obviously isn’t the motel’s fault, but maybe they could stipulate on check-in that guests please park outside their own room and try not to take up other guests’ car parks.

Location, good bed and shower facilities, very clean and tidy

Clean and comfortable and excellent service from manager. Definitely recommend

Clean, spacious, and great location across Hagley Park and close to good restaurants and coffee shops

Noise from the road is quite disturbing my sleep

The room was clean. The bed comfortable.

I thought being opposite the parknit would be quiet, but there was a lot of road noise from the main road behind the room.

Location, comfy bed

Room was clean however needed to air ir as it has wee bit musty smell

Great location across from the park. Close to the shops. Comfortable bed and great value. Would stay here again.

Good location, easy access. Comfortable beds, all what you need for a short stay. Friendly staff

If you are tall, the shower head is too low

The location near the park was nice and the owner was polite & did switch me to another room (twice)

First room was right on the road with glass door and windows and was dated and not maintained well. 2nd room security lock would not close. 3rd room had a tear on the comforter repaired with tape, stains on the bedding and not well maintained. I don’t know where all the great reviews came from

Easy check in process, good location with parking, easy walk to the centre, good value for money, highly recommend.

Everything was clean and comfortable close to alot of shops.

The location is convenient. Motel room is bigger than I expected. We are luckily to have a park view.

Clean and Good location .

Tumble dryer not working properly. Toiletries not enough for 2 people,

Satisfactory facilities and cleanness. Location a bit out of town but the 20 minute walk to center includes a nice stroll along the south Hagley park.

The single bed is too small (mattress is softer than most other hotels but not really a problwm). Shower can be improved.

Good value, complete with most basic things we needed for our 3-night stay. Also loved that it was just adjacent to Hagley Park, where the botanical garden was, and where fireworks were held on New Year’s Eve!Also appreciated having the laundry available, for nominal price. Also liked having parking right outside the unit. The front desk staff was also helpful.

Not much. It was well worth the price!

Location across the street from Hagley Park. Walk to the town centreComfortParkingQuiet

Location; price & comfy beds plus friendly staff.

Could do with a wooden spoon to stop scratching non- stick coating of pan

Nice clean and spacious

Bed was very hard and no water pressure in the shower
