Deans Bush Motel

Everything we asked for. Great situation opposite mall. Plenty off on site parking. Easy access off busy street. Quiet and comfortable with marvelous hosts. Will certainly stay there again.

This is across the road from the Riccarton Mall. Everything we needed was close by. It was easy to get to coming from the West Coast.

Nothing. This accommodation was chosen specifically for the location.

I was asked to pay a $100 deposit on arrival. A few days after checkout, I was told the deposit would not be refunded automatically. Instead, the motel demanded my full credit card details (number, expiry date, and CVV) over phone/email in order to issue the refund. This is completely unsafe and against Booking.com’s own guidelines, which clearly warn customers never to share card details this way.I offered to provide my bank account for a refund, but they refused. This practice is unprofessional, unsafe, and puts guests at serious risk. look at the highlight on attached photo, even booking.com tell us not to provide credit card thru the phone. I have already reported the issue to Booking.com.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable

Everything was very good

Very helpful friendly staff. Great location.

A strange smell from the plumbing in the bathroom.

Spotless clean, guy on reception very helpful and great value. I've stayed before

Can't fault it

So close to everything and the room is super clean, nice bathroom/shower good lighting, the bed is so comfortable and staff super friendly. We will definitely stay here again and recommend them to our friends and families. Thank you very much.

Attended granddaughters wedding, location opposite the mall was a big bonus. Good room for single traveler.

Bed felt a touch hard but that's just me?

Location is excellent, directly across the road from the Riccarton Westfield Mall. Manager was super super friendly and very accommodating.

A little outdated and mould in shower but otherwise value for money

Manager was very pleasant upon arrival. Good proximity to restaurants and supermarket etc. New shower unit in bathroom.

Bathroom smelled mildewy. Stains on lounge carpet. Both beds in unit were saggy. Units and furniture need updating.

Wow ..Very High Standard Clean beautiful unit Most comfortable huge bed Great shower ? Shopping mall across the road ..extremely convenient Awesome value for $$Would definitely stay again ..

Very helpful host.Big warm bed. Good help from manager.Spotlessly clean.

Great location to shops. Free room upgrade as they were not busy

Bathroom a little small but managable

The man at the desk was extremely helpful and friendly with great advice on where to go. Lovely extremely comfortable room. Just across from shopping. Close to everything. Great position. Bus just up the road. I would thoroughly recommend staying there. Loved everything.

handy to the mall, clean and well appointed rooms, good quality curtains for privacy.

Nice places, good spot.

Maybe the worst bed I've every slept on. Centre of the bed dropped a few inches..very uncomfortable.

Clean with good kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Great location and very good shower.

Found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

The owner / manager is super nice. Great location for restaurants and shopping.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and I was able to get a late checkout due to a flight delay which was really helpful!

No complaints from me and will book again
