Room was alittle bit smaller than most places we've stayed but non the less still very gdad

Right at the location we need to be. A short stroll to Church Corner. Bathroom basin is a little small which is challenging to put things on. Reasonably quiet. The host was very nice.

Bathroom sink is quite small, so as the kitchen. A little expensive, probably something to do with the date we stayed there.

We were greeted with such warmth when checking in. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean. We stayed 2 nights and we had room service - not common in 2026.

Parking spaces are quite tight.

The owners were super great and accommodating. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard (including new towels and cleaned dishes), and the spa bath is fantastic. The kitchenette has everything you need and there's a grocery store a short walk up the road.

One night I tried to leave my window open and a lot of cigarette smoke came in from another guests. This isn't the hotel's fault but it was annoying.

Off road parking is a bit limited when accommodation is full.

The manager was lovely to deal with and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The room was quiet - no street noise. Overall a great visit.

Easy walking distance to the Church Corner shopping and restaurant area. Clean and enjoyable room to stay - we extend our time and plan to book again in the future!

We had a very comfortable stay in a great location, with everything we needed close by. The accommodation was well set up and relaxing, and the host was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

Location near airport (10 minutes) comfortable unit which was prefect for our one night stay. Certainly will stay again when in ChCh. Staff very friendly and chatty and certainly ensued we had everything we needed

Location was good for us. The service we got was good.

The original price quoted when I booked was quite high for the standard of room we got. I was happy with the price we did pay however the saving from the original price given was somewhat exaggerated.

It was very hot inside - it was excessively hot outside though.

Parking right outside the door. The room was spacious with a lovely comfy bed. We could sit outside our room in the cool of the evening after a hot day of travelling.After staying in different places this was the best and cheapest. The 9.1 rating should have been 10.Our host was helpful and welcoming. The recycling bins were easily seen and accessible.While there was a spa bath on offer I used the tub for a lovely soak. The bath was moulded in a sense to fit.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing different parts of Christchurch. The set up of a Queen bed, two singles and an extra single bed in the living room was excellent. Was also good to have a couch to sit on when relaxing. There is plenty of parking and easy to access right outside your door. The room was nice and cool, did have an aircon which was great. Hosts where very friendly and welcoming.
