Airport Palms Motel

Quiet area lovely surroundings close restaurants and airport

Great location the managers went out of their way to make it a great experience and providing shuttles for us!

All good. Hotel was good value for money. Very clean. Location first class for what we needed.

The location is only a five-minute drive from the airport. The room’s kitchenette was fully equipped, and everything was very clean overall, making it feel excellent value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay.In addition, since I stayed on the last day of my trip, both my check-in and check-out times were outside the reception’s operating hours. This caused some inconvenience regarding the payment process, but the hotel was still very patient and helpful in responding and assisting me through the Booking.com platform. I really appreciate it.

Convenient location for an early start to the airport. Clean, comfortable, well appointed room.

Clean, had everything we needed, close to the airport and friendly staff.

Bed was a little soft.

This was by fair the cleanest and most comfortable motel. The owner was friendly and attentive when we couldn't work out the TV. Nothing was a problem. The standard of the rooms are 10/10 so warm and the bed and linen was the best nights sleep.Amazing soaps and Shampoos. Kitchen facilities and untensils, selection of beverages are excellent Definitely a good to place to revisit over and over again.Thank you for having us

It was very clean, comfortable, modern and well appointed. Location was very handy for car rental return and airport. Bathroom was well layed out and lighting was good.

TV was too smart for us. Couldn't get anything except streaming channels which required sign in. Latched onto someone else's sign in in the end.

The manager was great, property was clean and ideally located

The bed was a bit soft for me

Great Location for AirPort transportation .. Very help full & careing staff . Would be my no 1 choice when booking in ChCh again.

So kindly customer service, and super clean the room plus a nice location for us.

Stayed only one night.

I highly recommend this motel. Nothing was too much trouble to ask; the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of five - well appointed and spotlessly clean; a bus to the city (from the airport) stops just around the corner; and the restaurant at the Gateway motel (across the street) serves wonderful meals. There's also a Woolworths supermarket nearby (we walked .. 20-25 minutes).

I have no complaints.

Close to airport. Had late flight in and early flight out

Modern, spacious, quiet but easy access to the airport.

The accomodation went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were extremely friendly!

Staff were very helpful, accomodation was perfect for our needs, everything was super clean.

Nothing!

After hours check in was well organised and easy to work out once we arrived at 1am. Beds were comfy, the room and bathroom was spacious and their airport shuttle was good value with a very happy driver.

Very well maintained, excellent facilities in the room and the manager was very helpful. Highly recommend this motel.

Clean, comfortable and exceptionally helpful manager who went over and above to help

Nothing I can think of

Wonderful staff at reception, so helpful and friendly. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed, shout out to the cleaners! Comfy bed. Great location. Kitchenette with everything I needed.

Shower was average.
