Staff very helpful. Location perfect - walking distance to the gardens and the city. A short drive to get groceries. Very quiet.

A small thing - the clock on the wall didn’t work properly. Perhaps needed battery replacement.

Located close to the airport. Good value for money. Clean rooms and amenities. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and helped with all my inquiries.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Staff very friendly and well appointed unit. Close to shops and restaurants. The best thing was it’s dog friendly and room for our 2 dogs to sniff outside.

Great location, friendly staff, dog friendly. This is accomodation that we have stayed at several times in Christchurch and it ticks all the boxes.

It was well set out, great parking. Nice grassy areas for our dogs. Well maintained garden and hedges. Beautiful walnut trees.Close to the beautiful rose and lotus garden.The building was old, but well maintained and the bathroom and kitchen had been modernised. And it was extremely clean and well presented with everything we needed.Very quiet, no traffic noise. Neighbourhood felt very safe for night walks with our dogs.

Everything was on point.Would have been good if the bedroom door opened onto the outside area, to keep our dogs away from the front of the room. The owner did his very best to find the key for us. I work in accommodation and know that it can be hard finding keys for mostly unused doors.

This place is such a value for money. We frequently stay here when we need to travel to CHCH for appointments. They provide cot, have laundry space, fridge, microwave, and oven, provide milk, the location is so close to the mall and the park, and is pet friendly. It can get a bit hot in summer but otherwise no complaints at all!

It advertises it has Sky and it doesn't and there was no TV in the bedroom

Vey friendly receptionist chartered to our needs pet friendly which was a ++ for us. Very clean and tidy and normally you would get a small milk we got the next one up ideal
