101 Stars Motel

It was a nice surprise. Clean and comfortable, all appliances/ cooking supplies for shop and cook in suite.

Location, walkable to shopping but 20-25 min.Being a tourist, I had no idea blocks were so big. ?

Price value, good location, clean facility and friendly staff.

Good size room for a family. Separate toilet from the bathroom. Two good size bedrooms and a fabulous comfy couch. Double glazed windows as the road is really busy.

The door is not very thick and you hear everything through it. People outside at midnight talking sounded like they were in your room.

Was a good clean room, easy to find and a very good price for 3 nights

I hoped to find cosmetics like shampoo and conditioner included but there were none

Great location central for our needs, friendly staff, have already booked to stay again when we are next in NZ

Breakfast not supplied

cookware, fry pan was a bit tired and hard to cook with. Location was quite noisy. No close supermarket or food options

Lovely clean unit beds very comfortable our back corner unit was quiet. Thanks for half hour late bookout to grandchildren out the door.

A friendly staff member greeted us when we got in late. helpful, giving us suggestions and guidance to find somewhere to eat. The room was clean and well presented.

Quiet unit despite very close to a main road. Perhaps the top rooms nearer the room experience road traffic noise. Based on other comments. Exceptionally friendly host. She is a natural at hospitality. Room dining room /Kitchenette spacious. I Like the separate room for the bedroom. There is plenty of room in Carpark. Very reasonable rates. Modern and very clean units. Would recommend.

Size of bedroom room small. The only way to solve that would be a smaller bed. Not much room for bed against the wall when one gets out on the right side. And maybe more cutlery/ knives, etc.

It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and the staff were wonderful. I'll definitely stay again.

Some road noise, but it didn't keep us up.

Location was ideal for training courses with NZIM

The road noise was loud - ear plugs worked.

clean, spacious, comfortable, well appointed

Could do with a reading light in main bedroomPlug in a difficult spot for electric blanket

good location and rate

beds were bit small including the size of toilets

Facilities cost staff

Traffic noise but with door closed was quite muted.

Excellent location. Easy parking. Great 2 bedroom unit. Perfect for mum, 2 teens and a Tween. We have stayed in a lot of motels around NZ and this one was very good. Spacious and had all we needed for a great price and location .

The check in is always fast and easy, the rooms are in good condition and always clean.

Tidy unit, reasonable price . Surprisingly quiet for a busy road.

I had booked in for 2 nights and only stayed for 1 as traffic noise was very bad Good parking, but motel room is small and very basic

The basic appearance of the motel when we first arrived belied the nice room we had. Our ground floor room was small but functional, clean and comfortable. Even though the bathroom was tiny - you couldn't stand at the basin without closing the door - it appeared recently renovated and was very clean. Our towels were changed daily. We had a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Clean basic cheap

Not the quietest. Upstairs
