166 Majestic Court Motel

I saw 2 workers. Adorable, and answering perfectly to my customer needs. My room was perfectly cleaned. Also, it was quiet.

Shower.. should be repaired.Feels like below my bedroom something hot was there because the temperature could be too high.

Location was good, booking was easy. check-in easy, bed was comfortable.

There was no frying pan to cook with, one fork to eat with, one wine glass, and the shower did not work.

Awful, Avoid

Booked and paid for a 2 bed unit. When we arrived we were told they had overbooked and moved our booking to a new motel (further away and only had 1 bedroom) Majestic were unresponsive and never offered apology or partial refund

Location was good

It wasn’t very clean, sliding door was dirty when closed, mild on the kitchen window. The curtain isn’t blackout and it felt like the light was on in the room all night because of the street lights

Motelier barely spoke English. Finally figured out they had no room for us as they had overbooked (gladly took our money though). Sent us to their friends dingy accommodation on Bealey Ave which was out of our way(sub par standards) and certainly not worth what was paid for the original accommodation.

Alternative accommodation - too many men lurking around the property, needs renovation and better couches (like sitting on a park bench), door & window latches not very secure so 3 females didn’t feel safe.

Not clean. Beds poor quality, more spring than mattress.

Location only

Wet carpet due to flooded water from shower room. Reported immediately but the staff did not any action. Used several time to cover the wet but never improved. Bath amenities are very different from the photo listed. Available only bath wash (see photo). 1 set of tea cup only in the cabinet for 2 people. No blanket prepared in the room. Broken shelf in the bath room. Location is good but that is all! There are other motels nearby. Won’t stay here again.

The broken Venisian blinds on the front door were broken letting in too much light. Ended up placing a blanket over the door

Great location, easy walk to Mall

Needs a good clean, shower had not been clean had hair and product all over wall, doors and walls could do with a good scrub.

Very close to Riccarton Mall, pretty clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable.

Nice spacious two bedroom apartment.

The toilet and sink wern't 100% clean. About 90% clean. U

Staff members were polite, respectful and friendly.

Almost all the furniture is stained and all needs replacing. Couch armrest was broken. Spa bath jets disconnected so the advert is misleading it’s just a large bath.

Location is excellent..across from mall..easy access and parking was great..

Curtains or blinds on window could be more darker...woke early with bright sun streaming in through window...someone making loud phone call not cool but to be expected I suppose.

The room smelt musty! 2 seater couch was old and looked filthy. Sunk into it when sat on. No teaspoons, stupidly small qauntity of milk for 3 occupants. Curtains falling to bits. The whole facility looked old and neglected.Unfortunately not the only motel now in Christchurch that has the same issues. Sorry to say but it appears to be the same issue with the same type of management appearing all over the country.

Excellent location.It was clean.

Wifi wasn't great. No aircon just a cheap fan. No Netflix which most hotels offer. Spa bath wouldn't work, would have been helpful of staff to offer to show how it worked. Also had a large suitcase that had to lug up the concrete steps, again no offer of help from staff.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean, great location to mall as well.

It had 2 bedrooms, for a good price.
