Only thing I liked were the beds.

The room stunk,the shower was blocked, the carpet was wet and the staff were rude. Definitely won't stay again.

Central room looked comfortable with a lot of kitchen space for backpackers.

Our shower sink was clogged and not cleaned up in time for our check-in; Still we were let into this room and saw the carpet outside the bathroom was flodded which only got worse by our usage of the facilities then. Shower curtain also was not suitably chosen for the size of the room. Our flight was at 6AM, therefore we needed to checkout around 4AM and all kitchen equipments were powerless.

Place was clean and tidy

I checked out in the morning and asked if I could leave my bags for the day, no problem. I came back in the evening to collect it and one bag full of clothes was not there anymore. No cameras to check and the only explanation was that situations like this “doesn’t happen”.Well apparently it does happen…Once you check out it’s not their problem anymore even if you leave things to them

Rooms were very clean, and staff were very helpful and kind.

The bathrooms need a very deep clean…

It was cheap and close to airport

I got my txt msgs all twice so stayed one night and got 8 msg the last with all the information about where everything was etc came after we checked in at 2 am which was a good one but those details a few hours before would be good too

Loved the location and price of this hostel/hotel. We needed somewhere close to the airport. Staff at check in couldnt have been more helpful and welcoming. We booked a private room rather than a dorm. Loved the huge shared chill out room and safe and friendly vibe of this place.

Our room backed onto an industrial factory yard which started up with loud machinery movements at 5.30am. If you have the choice ask for a room on the other (front or road) side!

Plenty of space, clean & Tidy,everything works laundry to personal space best setup Ive seen in NZ great stay close to convenice and Airport! 5/5

Over priced for a very small room with no facilities

Unbeatable close to the Airport

Stayed in a Pool in a privat capsule. Very smart. All was good until some Amateurs began packing up noisily very early without thinking of other people sleeping. But that‘s not Lylo‘s fault but just my luck. Next time a single capsule for a few $ more.

Have stayed here several times before. I love the lounge area, the proximity to the airport and great food options nearby

This time the price was approx 3x what it has been before. I think this was because there were several events on in Christchurch.So this time around the value for money was poor.

Great value and an easy walk to the airport. Clean and friendly.

We always stay here when flying out of Chch, very handy to the airport.

There was a lot of banging on the walls coming from the room next door.

Location states 10 mins walk from airport. More accurate is 15 -20 mins unless you know the shortcut

Formerly JUCY Snooze - this place hasn't been well maintained or well cleaned (carpets in corridors and communal areas are worn & dirty) for a while. Very poor communication (only AI-bot replies to messages, no reply to e-mail). Can't check in before 3pm, strictly enforced. Asked us to check in online but the link didn't work.

Good location near the airport. Walking to/from airport with suitcases is about 10 to 15 minutes. There's also a supermarket and some restaurant options less than 5 minutes walking.The room was small and basic but good for just one night near the airport. Great for your first or last day in Christchurch.

The room could have been cleaner. There was a big hairball in our room.

Perfect location near the airport — just a 10-minute walk to the terminal and easy to reach from the city centre by bus. The staff were friendly and the pods were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
