It was overpriced, the front desk person was borderline rude each encounter

They charged additional fees for using a credit card- I asked for a folio to be emailed and never received it. There is no sound insulation in the hallways and it’s very loud.

VERY Small.room.with poot lighting and only ONE UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIR.

Good location, excellent two bedrooms and two bathrooms unit. Very handy location.

It was a good concert and fireworks in town and staff didn't bother to inform us.

Easy walking distance to the casino, restaurants, cafes, parks etc. Good parking facilities, friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable bed, a window that opens (despite the road noise).

No staff participation. Very impersonal. charged us for checking in early. We simply asked “when can we check in?” The reconciliation needed to be approved by someone in Auckland within a week or so?!

I loved the quality of the sheets. The bed was very comfortable. Location is walking distance to Botanical gardens and downtown. Bus stop is also conveniently located.

We wanted to extend our stay by one night and we were told it was sadly not possible.

Location was central.

Very basic amenities .breakfast was very limited.

Parking options could have clearer but that a minor point.

USA Wyndam users would kill for this. Easily twice the size of typical US room....Fridge, Micro, stove, dishwasher, and sink...Huge bathroom area with heated towel rack...only neg....BR sink had no sink.shelf...large table opposite beds....King size bed was really 2 twins put together for max comfort.Breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages....pastries yoghourt, some cereals.....didn't know NZ like baked beans and mushrooms for breakfast??And Quiet.Hotel.........max 3 block walk to town center

Good location, quiet area

The room smelt like sewage….. thought the toilet hadn’t been flushed when we arrived… turned up the AC and window was open to air out but couldn’t get the sewage smell out of the room.

Convenient location for many attractions. Close to airport bus stop a plus!

Never ate in little “deli” type restaurant. There are lots of choices within a couple of blocks!

Minimalist hotel. When the hotel description says "there is paid parking" I expect to arrive, pay, and get parking. Instead, they explained to me that there is no parking because everything is sold out.

As the room was only serviced every three days it would be more helpful to have enough coffee and milk for the time of the stay.3 coffee sachets and 4 milk for 2 days was insufficient.... I am aware you could ask for more but for the cost of the room I feel it should be stocked for the length of the stay

The hotel restaurant was closed Sunday & Monday so no food or drinks !!! The room was on the small side the shower drain was broken and could of cut someone's foot , the hairdryer didn't week and the iron leaked.
