The parking is a little inconvenient

Good location, new

Wasn’t very clean with edges of fours and shower with dry grime. The room curtain did it open/close! For $505 per night, one would expect better

Location was great and staff were helpful

Rooms were on the small side but we weren’t there much since there is so much to see and do.

Good location to restaurants and shopping. Sad to hear that the receptionist will be replaced with a screen to self check in.

Toilet roll holder in bathroom in an awkward position. Very poor lighting in the room TV remote didn't work No windows in room.

Central location

Floor 6 you hear allthe rooftop noise and lifts are painful

Fantastic location, close to everything in the city, walking distance to all shops and riverside market. The room was tidy and the view from my room was nice, the bathroom was spacious for a one bedroom.

For $400 a night, I expected more. There was no mini bar, the pillows were extremely high and hard and there were no options of changing them so I had to sleep without a pillow so I didn't break my neck which made for an uncomfortable 2 nights. The roof top bar was very average for the price and they were shocking with their service. I had to go to the bar numerous times to order more drinks for the whole table, they never came to check on our table to take more orders and we were 1 of only 3 tables in there with 3 staff so that extremely disappointing. We would of stayed alot longer and spent more money if they had better service. Food was below average for the price. A pork belly salad with 2 tiny pieces of pork belly and salad leaves for close to $30? Thats shocking. It's a convenient place to stay but I think it should of be $200-$250 a night max! $400 anywhere else in the country can get you a far better experience.

The price for one night , and we stayed on a Friday night and was noisy could be more sound proof , just a suggestion...

location was very central and yet quiet which was nice. The rooms and decor were lovely and modern and interesting

we hadnt realised that parking wasnt included and was a couple of blocks away with an added cost. The wording was misleading around this. Also the breakfast was not included and was extra in a cafe attached. I also found the pillows to be way to big which impacted on my sleep. Also the shower head leaked which considering it was a new build was shoddy workman ship

It was clean and walking distance to the main shopping area, restaurants, trolley and the train/bus station. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Well decorated, comfortable room and good location for accessing the central city. Breakfast from Dainty, the cafe next door, was brilliant and the team there are super lovely.

The rooftop bar plays thumping bass music until late at night, making it difficult to fall asleep. This was a Saturday night before an early flight. Better soundproofing required, or earlier cut off for the music from the bar.

We stayed here twice during our trip. The first time we could not fault the hotel. We loved the shower, the bed, the view, the staff.

The second time we stayed we chose a cheaper room as we were only staying one night. The cheaper room had a shower head that didn’t stay up and towel hooks that fell off the bracket so it took a bit of the shine off the first stay and definitely felt ‘cheaper’.

Not having breakfast at same property

Everything. I had already booked one night but i was staying first for additional 2 night at different place (cheatou Hilton in the park) and i hated my stay with that first hotel so i decided to book another night at Muse and it was best decision ever. From the gentlement at the recetion who took my call and made my restervation to the lovely lady who checked me in to the fantastic room itself with great view and location! I loved it all. If im ever back, thats gonna be my only choice.

I was there over NYE PH so the rooftop bar was closed which is on and very undestandable but it looks so amazong i definately wanna try it next time!
