Carnmore Hotel Christchurch

The location was excellent ,everything at walking distance.

The cleaning service was bad. We stayed for 3 nights and rooms was never cleaned . Just the blanket was pulled but everything was dirty and crinkled on the bed . They never cleaned the toilet only towels were replaced.

Tired, old and weeds growing up to a Foot high on the patio

Everything it was a very good location, great size room comfortable bed great nights sleep .staff on the front desk very helpful and sorted us a taxi when we asked for one at 6.30am. Restaurant was excellent

They had a fire drill at 7am while we were staying

Everything. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 minute walk to most attractions.

Excellent location Rooms very comfortable and clean -and was ready early Bathroom toiletries tea coffee milk all provided Ate in the restaurant and had vf evening meal breakfast very good too

Had to pay $20 to park the car over night on an off site car park ( although very close )

The room was cleverly designed to maximise space and had a clean modern edge. Great bathroom. We had a drink in the bar which had super friendly bar staff and a really chilled vibe. It’s also close to a nice variety of places to eat.

Breakfast buffet was quite poor. Also, there was no fitness centre.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, shower was great and staff very friendly.

The hot breakfast was disappointing.

Very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful engaging staff across all touch points. One night stay prior to international flight the next day. Comfortable, clean well supplied room with excellent bed and modern shower facilities.

An entirely positive experience however if searching for a small negative all we could suggest was closer proximity to town centre would have been a bonus however the short walk was helpful prior to getting on an aircraft.
