Good location, rooms were lovely & spotless

The room was very nice and comfortable.

Good location, tidy facilities with on site parking

nothing, possibly a little bit of road noise, but it died off.

Brian was helpful and accommodating. Washing machine and drier were a good asset. Fresh towels daily.

Personally it was too road noisy, but I live rurally so super quiet here. Room was dark, needed lights on even during the day. Spa bath with shower over would be difficult for some people to get into. Could hear the people/shower/ in the next unit.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to town and buses.

It was big, clean, very good wifi, and had a washer/dryer. (Just bring own detergent). The shower and jet tub were also excellent.

Close to a busy street for morning traffic

Reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was so modern but homely and comfortable. We had a private patio which was so lovely. We stayed at 5 different accomodations throughout our stay in NZ and this was the best. Amazing value for money and can’t recommend it enough.

Good value, clean property. Helpful laundry facilities. Short walk into the city centre. Friendly staff.

A little tired.

Close to bus stops. Easy walk to CBD and other city attractions.

Only minor issue was lack of basic utensils for preparing food. No knives for cutting bread etc.

There were no movie channels shower over the bath - made it hard for the olds to get in and out of.

Loved the room, the location was great, good value, even the bath towels were great for a plus size person!!! Will be staying there again!!!

Location was good

I would hardly call these luxury apartments. The pull out sofa was THE WORST thing I’ve ever slept on in my entire life… the floor might be more comfortable. Lacking necessities like a sharp knife etc. no normal comforts - shampoo/conditioner etc. The bedding is old, the duvets stained with bleach etc and very outdated. The room dark and cramped. A really disappointing apartment- it should be listed as a basic room, definitely not a luxury apartment

We definitely recommend Terra Vive Suites and Apartments, had everything we needed for our stay, the owner couldn't do enough for us! Felt very welcomed.Loved how close it was to the city of Christchurch.

Great central location, super clean rooms, super comfy bed, very friendly owner/manager. Excellent value for money. You do hear the sirens if it's a busy night for emergency services, but the same could be siad anywhere in the central city.

Nothing to dislike.

It’s on a busy street with not a lot in the immediate vicinity. But it’s an easy walk into central Christchurch.

Fantastic location. Close to town and tennis centre where I was playing.

The shower/bathroom is designed for a disabled person but as a result the shower has no curtain and water ends up all over the bathroom floor.

Loved the location & Cosey apartment was exactly what we wanted Loved the huge bath too that was a bonus!

Was any dislikes the only things that were a little disappointing was - the spa bath didn’t work; my partner is a plumber & he said it sounded like the pump was blocked ? & the fridge had a bad smell to it - like gone off milk or cheese, but we still enjoyed our stay & would stay again :)

Easy to get to and not too far away from the city to walk if the weather is nice. If not frequent buses are available. Very good quality towels and lovely scented toiletries. Brian was so helpful and gave us information and booked taxis for us. We are staying again when we return from our road trip.

Very spacious room, with a cute patio. The walk distance to the city center is very doable.

The shower didn't have a shower curtain or anything, which made it so the whole bathroom would be wet whenever you'd shower.
