Location is the best.

A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Everything was perfect, we even got a room upgrade for the second night because we had to book the two nights we stayed separately

Beautiful stay, walking distance from a range of amazing restaurants and activities. Made life easy with 3 young kids. Staff were very friendly and had some awesome food recommendations.

The location was in the middle of the tourist/town center. We walked to the botanical garden, to the museums, restaurants, tram stops, shopping area.The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The service at the dining room was slow. The staff seem to run around busy but not efficiently serving or clearing the plates. The breakfast spread was not great. There was no cook to order station. Choices and selections were limited.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the suites and all went well. Staff was helpful, good location as it was close to everything.

There were no bars in the bathroom and the sofa was a bit stained.

Love the ease of staff parking the car for you. So friendly, great location right in the city.

Staff were fantastic and helpful. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view overlooking the Cathedral and most of the town. Restaurants and bars very close by and also the tram station with its array of shops and eatery's.

Breakfast was very average at best, I would not recommend it. Room was a suite and it was newly renovated but in my humble opinion the room lost all of its character and charm.Shower was temperamental and only worked when it wanted to. Paying for parking.

Staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. View, room was fantastic, facilities were good, lobby bar was good and comfortable, Beds were amazingly comfortable. Close to everything you could want shops bars restaurants and Ballantynes.

Breakfast was very mediocre Bar fridge was useless and a waste of time having it so you couldn't have any cold drinks. You had to buy them if you wanted cold drinks, big deal for me. . Paying for parking. New automatic fittings in the shower didnt always work

Location is great we had a suite which was very good indeed roomy and very comfortable it was an older suite which is far better than the new renovated suites.

Breakfast could be far better for an establishment of this repute . breakfasts were some of the worst i had on the trip. This is an area that all the Distinction hotels fall down on in my opinion.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and had great amenities in the room.

Fantastic location. We choose this room as we had two teenagers and it gave us a bit more room. Which worked well. Able to walk everywhere. Tram 100m away.

Floors needed vacuuming in our room. I mentioned this to the front desk however when the room was cleaned the next day it still wasn’t vacuumed. We had room service both mornings for breakfast but the order was wrong both times.

Entry to a floor does not require card key. Anyone can move about the hotel freely.

Room was large, quiet and had great amenities. Liked the complementary laundry option and the gym had also what I needed. Stayed only one night and did not consume any food there.
