Brand new facility, very clean and spacious with a great location.

Very modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Large washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher. Large room. Really nice bed and bedding. Nice toiletries. Very friendly and professional staff.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

This place is located in the central part of the city, being a new building, like most of the others are.We found free parking on the street in front.Had a good time here.

The area around the hotel is quite deserted, nothing to do here.

It surprised me that an oven magically to a dish washer, which I was thinking of!! (The photo and the description showed there’s an oven, but no dish washer) Clean and tidy! Prepared with all the things you needed! The staff were helpful and friendly!

Not free car parking as told, at my view when I made the reservation, I just count it as part of the accommodation fee. We opted for twin beds. The beds were small when separated, but still comfortable. It would be perfect if the beds can be „bigger“.

Location and price.

Management hounded me for credit card details before I arrived, even though I provided credit card details to Booking.com and the reservation was confirmed. They also refused to reserve parking for me until I provided credit card details in advance.

Large well setup room, good luggage storage, fully functioning kitchen, good bathroom, great having a washing machine and dryer. North facing meant the room was warm without additional heating. The elevator to the 2nd floor was great.

I struggled to get the air conditioning to work.

Found the room temperature too high for us. Had to cool down with air conditioner.

Very central, nice modern and quiet apartment

Unfortunately having to evacuate the building for smoke detected on level 2 and fire brigade taking a long time coming to the building. If it was a real fire, the whole building would have been fully damaged.

Location, facilities in the apartment, cleanness

Reception staff could have been more welcoming and provided more information.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean,very comfortable. It was so helpful to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. There were a few supermakets nearby and some great places for coffee, breakfast and lunch within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely large room. Nice and quiet and bedroom dark for sleeping. Fabulous shower. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to centre of Christchurch. Lovely staff

TV was not great. Streaming or Sky maybe would have been better.
