Needs renovating before being offered to public.

It was falling apart, run down and dirty. Holes in the walls, cupboard doors couldn't close properly, writing on the ceiling, curtains falling off the tracks, tall weeds in the gardens, dead pot plants outside, ants and silverfish in our room, kitchen bench was patched up from previous damage, room wasn't serviced. Had been used as social housing but not fixed up afterwards.

Thank you to Yuki ?from office who worked on restoring our netflix for over an hour after I somehow pushed a wrong button? and turned our heat pump on so the room was lovely and warm when we arrived back from dinner?

Location, comfortable bed, good cook top and fridge

Spacious with good sized kitchen which had everything we needed, one large bed and one single which was perfect

It was quite spacious and the staff were accommodating

It was old and unmaintained. There was a horrible smell, the window wouldn’t shut, the shower leaked and so did the fridge. We mentioned these issues to the staff and they tried to resolve what they could. However for the price we paid, I feel the motel needs a makeover

Good location, comfy beds, a lot of space for my family of 5. My kids loved tvs in all the rooms.

The oven didn't work and could have done with a rubbish bin in the kitchen.

Had to maintain the unit. Wash our dishes so that we can use them again and make up the bed.

The bathroom needs some maintenance. Broken fittings need to be taken off wall, dirty silicone around shower base and toilet should be replaced. Guest laundry convenient but very grubby floor.

They were friendly and accessible even on Christmas Day. Location is close to city centre. Breakfast was good.

Musty curtains and sheets. Very basic bathrooms. For the same price there are better options in Christchurch as we stayed elsewhere on our return.

Hair on bathroom floor. Tape holding carpet to tiles. Tape on top of chairs. Terrible smell!!!
