Good central location, clean, helpful staff. Online check in and check out.

The mattress was past its best - was raised slightly in the middle and tipped outwards which meant after two nights I had quite a sore back.

Stayed three nights and only cleaned once even though we had please clean light on - not sure if that is standard but i was expecting daily cleans.

Close to town. Good standard rooms. Good bar and restaurant. Good facilities like mini bar items in lobby and laundry room. Excellent staff. Very helpful.

Car oar was not free for guests.

Great location, nice clean comfortable room. Stayed for our honeymoon and they left a treat in the room for us!

great bed, was like sleeping in a cloud, main bedroom area was nice and clean

unfortaunely the bathroom had not really been cleaned, was hair on the toilet from someone shaving, snot rockets on the walls by toilet and the same in the show. this unfortunately let the stay down

Location was great. The room was big and spacious. A very comfortable big bed and a breakfast was well worth it.

When booking I thought that there would be a mini bar in the room. No pens, paper, Bed was uncomfortable. Very bare room with only the minimum.

The location and access to city

The room window was facing a wall at the corner without any view and just a close wall!

The buffet breakfast is amazing and so worthwhile. We didn't eat again until.dinner on any of the days we stayed. The rooms are spacious and the beds are firm. Staff are great.It is a very quiet hotel.

Fabulous location, within walking distance to most of Christchurch's attractions. Breakfast was nice and the bed was really comfortable.

They are now charging $25 per night for parking.

front office staff was very helpful

TV was very old, more than 20 years and shut down itself every three or four minutes. This is a modern world, need to change . House keepers wasn’t empty even rubbish bins had to call.

Location was excellent- you can walk to the central city which offers shops, cafes, the trams, the art gallery, Regent street, Arts Centre, Avon river - I could go on.Our room was all we needed.The breakfast was great and the staff each morning were fantastic - thank you. Always helpful and very friendly especially good for those of us who are not quite functioning unitil we have had breakfast.
