It was clean, great sized room, great location. Lady at desk was friendly.

I sent an enquiry around parking did not receive a reply. I also was a bit annoyed at having to pay for parking upon arrival although the fee was small.

Really handy location for the CBD. Friendly staff and room was clean.Accommodation wasn't luxurious but adequate for our purposes on a short stay.

The closest supermarket was some distance away when you didn't have a car. Not the fault of the motel!

Friendly owners who had no hesitation accommodating us by looking after our luggage as we explored Christchurch for two day. The room was spotless and spacious. We really enjoyed our one night stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you. People don't listen to the bad reviews of the past, we had exceptional service.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful. The rooms were all clean. Location was good, easy walk to where we needed to go.

The corner shower was very small.

The very well maintained property is close to Town Hall within an easy walk and the owners are super friendly. It was very quiet and just what I needed. Some of the bigger rooms had a little patio area / balcony.

They left the door unlocked for me as my plane got in after midnight.The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the spa bath was great after a flight .The bed was comfy, the room spacious and the small kitchenette was great for a two night stay.It was walkable into the city centre straight down the road

A minor point was that I was upstairs and had to carry my suitcase up .I could hear the people in the next unit clearly, on both nights ( different people each time )maybe the walls are thin

Great location.. centre of town and conveniently short walk to theatres and restaurants if you’re going to a show in Christchurch.. restaurants too.Was also very quiet at night which was a bonus.Our bed was comfortable too..

Lovely desk staff on arrival, Easy to walk into the centre.

Basic property, our room was very dark even during the day. It was in a corner beside the laundry room and wasn’t very inviting.

Location was great for Town Hall and an easy place to drive to and from for local attractions and amenities.

Convenience to town clean and comfortable. The manager was so helpful with getting our bags up and down the stairs for us
