This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. There were some issues, but they were great about resolving it.
The second front desk person who checked us in was nice. Bar staff were friendly.
Nothing at all. I would have cancelled if I could have. My booking had a no cancellation, no refund.

Clearly they had just taken over some serious issues from the old owners. incredibly bad layout for the bar/restaurant (which I could have resolved in 20 minutes) and the rooms really needed attention more than the kwik coat of paint they got.
First front desk staff member we spoke to was very rude. The room was dirty, dirt in the bed, unclean sheets, bathroom had mold. We would not stay again.
We were not impressed with the location, nor the shape of the room. Bugs crawling in the room and mold in the bathroom. Floor was broken up and the gardens unkept, Pool was closed and water was green. They use a leaf blower to vaccum. Place was disgusting

Airport shuttle was very convenient and easy! Food available on site. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

It's a bit old and tired. The pool was closed and very unkempt looking. For the price, it was satisfactory.
