Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. Upon presentation of the credit card, the hotel will process a pre-authorization, which will place a hold of NZD 200 per night and full prepayment of the accommodations booked. Pre-paid credit cards and Debit plus Visa cards will be accepted under the terms and conditions issued by the bank or card provider. Funds available on the card should be a minimum of NZD 200 per night booked (in addition to the total payable for accommodations). Credit Card Payment: Please note that a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to all credit card payments and a 4.0% surcharge will apply to payments by American Express. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by EFTPOS which will not incur a surcharge. We do not accept cash as a payment option. Please note that parking prices are as follows: Self parking- NZD 35 per car per night.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
