- There's a lot of construction nearby so it may be kind of noisy some days.
- The new owners have turned this tired old style hotel into a boutique hotel with a snappy reception area, penthouse bar and restaurant and modernized elevators. The room floors and rooms themselves are still a little behind in the uphold. Clean but tired.
