The cleanliness was tops, Bedding was extremely comfy, bathroom spotless & housekeeping staff were 10/10. Day Manager was fabulous but the Night Manager needs a personality change, highly ignorant of guests being pleasant & wouldn't speak when spoken to.

Cons -

The Night Manager. Highly unpleasant & wouldnÂ¿t speak when spoken to. Given Auckland was in a State Of Emergency that night, guests arriving drenched, the NM could have at least offered extra towels to dry off with, but wasnÂ¿t interested in assisting.
