The Grand by SkyCity

Please inform The Grand by SkyCity of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that The Grand by SkyCity requires a NZD $100 deposit per night booked payable by credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with a contactless and/or credit card. Please note that the private parking is valet parking and is offered at an extra cost. Public parking is also available for an extra cost. It is self parking and only allows 1 entry and 1 exit. Please note that when booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
