Cons -
- There was a certain staff member who definitely needs to be reviewed and seems to not understand how to work within a customer service roll.
- Check in process was a hassle - keys not available on time and was located 5-10 min uphill walk from property! Mattress had broken when we got there, someone came to drop off a replacement unannounced, who promised to bring a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, said hed be back in 20 mins - I stayed a week and he never came back, longest 20 mins of my life!! Very lengthy wait for the lift, tv and oven need upgrading urgently!! Very dirty and dusty in places, not cleaned properly. The shower absolutely BURNS you! Had the tap turned both ways and temperature wouldnt change, could be very dangerous for kids! The handle on the window in the bedroom has broken meaning that you cant close the window and hear everything from the city. I think the owner probably needs to come for an inspection and see the issues with the place and get them all fixed!
