Garden Villa Hotel is a 15-minute walk from both Tumon Sands Plaza and DFS Galleria Guam. It is a 20-minute walk from UnderWater World and a 10-minute drive from Guam International Airport. All renovated, air-conditioned rooms feature a kitchenette, microwave, and a fridge. They have a dining area, garden views, and 2 bathrooms. You can relax by the pool on a sun lounger, or book an activity at the tour desk. You can also enjoy an in-room massage or try the massage chair. A laundry, 24-hour mini mart and car hire are available on site. Guests enjoy a free shuttle to some local restaurants. BBQ platters are available by the pool.

- The ceiling was leaking
- Guests or non-guests making loud noises up to 5 a.m.. alot of pool parties creating almost no parking for the hotel paying guests.
- Roach were found in the room when we first checked in
