Great locations and parking is just next to it and very convenient. The hotel comes with breakfast and it was really tasty and is one of the things I missed when I returned home!

The location in Susukino is great — close to the main attractions but still on a quiet street. The staff were very friendly, and although the room wasn’t large, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and the free tea and coffee available throughout the day in their spacious café area were a nice extra. Overall, it was a relaxing stay.

The entrance was quite inconspicuous — I actually walked past it the first time. One thing I found inconvenient was that they only provide paper cups at breakfast. If you want to have coffee, tea, juice, and their popular smoothies, you end up creating a lot of unnecessary waste. I eventually used a soup bowl for tea.

We had a very seamless and comfortable experience for 3 nights! Location is in center Susukino, breakfast buffet is great, staff are very friendly. Early check-in not allowed but they have luggage counters. Umbrellas are also free to use. Room size is generous for 2 pieces of big luggage. Amenities include night gown which is a big plus for me. We slept so well!

Breakfast included was great and good breakfast. I suggest maybe hotel could have changed menu for main dishes every other day.

The room was perfect and the beds were comfortable. It was large room, with a nice view and a closet. Most hotels in Japan offer smaller rooms without closets; we were very happy with the size of the room. The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Just go a bit earlier to breakfast so you don't miss the waffles.

Super close to everything and next to a station, the room is not bad at all for the price

The breakfast im glad that they offered but tbh onen of the worst breakfast because all the food tasted bad or like old.

location close to the city center can be reached by walking to the shopping center. The hotel is only 20 meters from the underground station, Breakfast is very complete, there is soup, very delicious smoked pork, real fruit juice not syrup, yogurt, salad, bread, cereal, milk, fruit, various side dishes are very delicious, room amenities are also very complete. The cleanliness of the hotel is good, there is a self check in & check out machine to make it easier & faster. I highly recommend this hotel, will come back again if I go to Sapporo

Comfort hotel is clean and easily accessible for Chitose airport via the airport bus. The staff are approachable and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious too. My family enjoyed our stay.

Lovely helpful staff, most comfortable bed during our stay in Japan. Breakfast simple but tasty and the reception area provides drinks, charging spots and place to rest all day.

Nothing - very good value for money

The hotel was situated within walking distance from Midori Park and plenty of restaurants neaby. Shopping centers and shops were also walkable.Tea and coffee were available for guests for free.
