great room and location if you like walking

we landed after a long flight and had a 3 year old with us and when we arrived they only had a double bed arranged despite us paying for two beds. The lady argued with us for a while until finally agreeing we had paid. Not what we wanted after a long flight - but otherwise it was great location and would recommend

Bathroom toilet placement quite close near to door. Understand due to space constraints

Staff was friendly, we missed our first night stay due to a delayed flight and despite a communication barrier they were able to sort everything out and retained our reservation for the rest of the stay.

Location is a bit of a walk from Susukino Station, could be an issue with large luggage.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast, everything you need in the heart of big city.

Everything was fine, but not perfect, maybe for the price we expected more but this is just how Sapporo is we guess.

Very close to metro station. Few minutes walk. Many eateries and shopping places in just few mins walk

The lobby is in 2nd floor, either take the 25 steps stairs (after the long walk of sightseeing or shopping), or wait for the lift. Can take additional pillows of your choice from lobby

Room was incredibly spacious for three people.

Parking was first come first serve. There's several parked parking lots around the hotel, however if you walk down a few blocks the parking rates are significantly cheaper. The hotel will recommend you to park behind the hotel, which while it is more convenient, it is the most expensive option.

It had cozy little rooms and it was super clean.

Location was a little surprising.

The night view from our room is stunning, and the breakfast, made with fresh ingredients from local markets, is absolutely delicious.

The air conditioning filter was dirty, allowing dirt and pollutants to circulate in the room. Upon inspection, we found that it had not been cleaned or replaced. I requested that someone check and clean it, but was informed that this was not possible due to the policy of no cleaning service after the third night of stay.

The breakfast buffet was great. Plenty options to choose from and staff was always ensuring to restock items and clean afterwards.

Bathroom was a bit small but manageable.

Nice breakfast, convenient location and a good value for the money. Comfortable bed. I also really liked the hotel shampoo and conditioner.

It was great, no complaints.

Comfy beds and beddings. Check-in/check-out process is seamless. I requested for a unit in the upper floors and they did not hesitate to provide it. Staff are polite and easy to talk to.

It's quite expensive for the location and the amenities they offer.

The shower pressure was great, and the bathroom fan was very silent and efficient. The room was well lit with plenty of lighting options and the mini fridge was just big enough for most leftovers or small meals from the convenience stores. I also liked that they gave us some sleepwear which was useful when going down to level 2 to do the laundry. The breakfast deal was solid for the price with lots of variety.

The beds were sunken in the middle which made some nights harder to sleep.
