    Pros +

    • This was my second time. The new in house private onsen/sauna rooms were a nice new addition. The room meet our expectations and the coffee shop and staff were excellent
    • The room itself was very clean, situated near a train station two stops away from Odori Park with a a convenience store and supermarket nearby. The staff were welcoming, and helpful in getting me situated. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very secure. And the coffee shop associated with it makes a good brew
    • The room was very spacious, with a comfortable, two large beds. It was bigger than we expected. The couch and coffee table area was a really nice set up. Love the minimalistic concept.QR code keycode was interesting, but we're given the key just in case any issue. Convenient store just across the road, local supermarket within 5mins walk & next to the nearest station.

    Cons -

    • The path getting there is a bit dangerous during the winter, and there's no advertised meal heating service like a microwave. But it's mitigated by the markets nearby. There's also only one local restaurant in the evening after the coffee shop closes so you're limited in your local options. The bed is also like a futon, so very low to the ground which may affect some people
    • Minor things that didn't affect the stay in negative ways: The nice kitchen only has mugs, no basic cutlery sets. However, you can request from the reception. Rooms are not soundproof, can definitely hear most of the movements from upstairs. It was really noisy if someone was stomping or dragging furniture/ luggage.
    • Its a bit of a trek in the snow in winter to get to the station. The pillow was not very comfortable. There was a charge for 20 minute late checkout that was not clear on the initial booking page.

The coffee is good, the staff is very kind and helpful. There is a coworking space available that is very helpful for working. The cafe is Morihico coffee and is very high end but also the price reflects it.

Location, very close to subway Room size

No Microwave anywhere in the building, cannot warm food inside the hotel, need to go outside. Ridiculous. Shower booth too small

Very close from the nearest train station (Kikusui St), and conveniently located just in front of Family Mart. Got a coffee shop in the lobby area. A warm and welcoming staffs. The room is quite spacious. Washing machine and dryer is located on the 1st floor of the annex building.

With 4 people occupancy, they only provide 2 towels. Very slow internet connection in the room located in the annex building is dissappointing. There were loud noises heard at 1:00 AM.

    9AmandaPosted on: 5-16-2024

It was close to a supermarket and near the subway (only 2 stops to the main part of the city). The staff were friendly and it was helpful having two sinks/kitchenette area in the room. The bed configuration was good for friends (not close side by side but head to head with a bench in-between). The only downside was that you couldn’t turn-off the automatic sensor light in the entry way/outside the bathroom- it would wake up one person when the other person used the bathroom in the night.

Close to subway station. Cafe is downstairs. Bed is comfortable.

I heard someone's cough very clearly like if someone is at the corner of the room, so I worried the wall is very thin.....but I didn't hear other noises, but I was trying to be quiet.

Room was clean and the location was good. Super market, convenience store and train station are very close to the hotel.

Shower cubicle was too small and claustrophobic, it was very difficult to take a shower without hitting the arms against the wall.

    9MatthewPosted on: 2-13-2024

Very nice coffee shop, right near the train lines to odori, plenty of food options in an easily walkable area. Rooms were a reasonable size for Japan.

I found the beds a little stiff but otherwise all lovely.

    8PeiPosted on: 1-15-2024

The location was good with convenient shops, a supermarket, and train stations close by. It was also situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Lastly, the room was very spacious which is rather hard to find.

Everything was great except for the most important thing, the beds. The beds and pillows were not as comfortable considering the price we were paying and the other great amenities they had in the room. It was quite disappointing.

    9PhilipPosted on: 10-23-2023

The hotel is part of a coffee shop and it pretty into coffee, you get coffee and a grinder as welcome gift and that coffee is good! The rooms are modern and comfy. You can actually open a window to let some fresh air in (not too common in Japan)

It is pretty far way from most of the restaurants in Sapporo so you will have a little walk to get there. Having said that, there are some local eateries that need some experimenting to find and there are good places to eat there. Just remember that most sights are across the river.

    8Su-ginPosted on: 10-16-2023

Very good coffee and nice space. Unfortunately did not get to try the beautiful cafe in the lobby due to lack of time. Laundry facilities are available in the sister building close by

    7IntjetsetterPosted on: 9-18-2023

Right next to the subway station and there is a supermarket open 24/7. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious. One can even open the window to let some fresh air in.

Extremely small room. We travelled with backpacks, and barely had space to turn around. Even though the bed was large and comfortable to sleep, the room was just way too tiny for two persons.

    7EkkamonPosted on: 8-27-2023

Hotel is great! Bed and shower are clean and comfortable. Not too far from station.

The room wall so thin. I can hear the voice from room beside me and form hallway.

    10TakamitsuPosted on: 6-24-2023

The room was very quiet and clean.

I waited the long time to be served the breakfast.

    10HiranoPosted on: 4-22-2023

Quiet room. On the slightly more spacious side compared to other Japanese hotels. One thing about traveling abroad is I don't bring my coffee equipment so it was nice to be able to have a pour over coffee with a manual grinder. Did adjust the grind settings to my preference but overall a decent setup if you care about that. Beans were provided and they were better than any coffee you get on a flight. Bed was alright and amenities provided were fine. No real complaints.

Not a dislike but might be off-putting to some (like my partner) was the "raw" unfinished aesthetic of the room. Part of the flooring is concrete and the walls are bare but that's pretty minor.

Stylish hotel with comfortable rooms and a nice lounge to relax with a book or work. The breakfast and the coffee are excellent. The location is not central, but it is just 2 min walk away from the subway station, which puts the city center just 5 - 10 min away. Alternatively, 20 min walk will take you to the Susukino area. Would definitely stay there again.

While great, the breakfast has only 2 options, and it takes a while to get served, so for a long stay it can get a little tedious. The sauna seems to be always fully booked, and it is not easy to book it anyways, especially because the staff's English is a little limited.

    10DangPosted on: 2-20-2023

Rooms were cute and clean with lots of useful amenities. Great location as not in the tourist area but only one station away from central.

    7OliverPosted on: 2-20-2023

Beautiful cafe and common spaces. Rooms are like private apartments.

Wifi service was not the best. The room layout was a little strange. A little noisy as the walls are a bit thin. The sauna must be booked and is quite expensive to reserve.
