The hotel is new and the room is a big size. Good location and good amenities

Room was only cleaned if you stay more than 4 nights. With the snow, the carpet in the room do get wet.

Excellent location for arcade shopping in Susukino. Fantastic breakfast. Good Chef Helpful staff.

Awkward room layout with coffee pot in the corner. Motion lighting that's very Awakening at night if you have to get up and go. Very bright in the bathroom at 2:00 a.m. Too few clothes hangers and no hooks for clothes in the bathroom.Popular with Asian tour groups.The entry door looks like a wall that you could easily miss it. Very clean and I liked their coffee very much. Very near to Odori, a fantastic location.

The check in was easy and everyone was friendly. Once I checked into the room, it was very comfortable. The comforter on the bed was amazing. I fell right to sleep.

I didn't have anything that I didn't like. I was only there for one day. It was very comfortable and close to a lot of places.

The breakfast was OK for the price. The location was great for us because it was close to Odori Park and Tanuki Koji shopping.

The bed was a little lumpy but I loved the pillow.

The front desk staffs are very nice and helpful especially Miss Kim. She offered me some band-aid & Antiseptic Wound Cleansing Solution after she learned that my foot was cut by the sandals. Her act eased my pain, which means a lot to me. My gratidue to Ms Kim!!BTW, the room is clean & quiet and breakfast is excellent

Location is close to Odori park.

Super tiny room. We only have 1 big and 1 small luggage but if i open it, it will block the way.

The room is nice and clean! I'm really happy the bathroom is quite big too. :) The staff are also nice.

It's a bit far from the train station, so if you're carrying lots of lugagge it might just be better to take a taxi there. Also wish there were coin laundries!

Modern hotel

A little strange is the heating. Without chengeing it first it was hot and later cold.Just 2-3 square meters more would have been necessay for moving big luggage.

Desk staff were brilliant. Friendly and welcoming. Allowed us to leave a bag in storage, ordered taxi. Super. Loved the Nexpresso and the view of snowy streets. Would highly recommend

Excellent location, close to the shops . Convenient store is just across the street , very handy to get some late night snack .

Double room is small but it’s normal for Japanese’s hotels

Our second stay here and this time we had a twin room which was a good size.Staff very helpfulFound an excellent Seafood restaurant not far away called Seafood Restaurant Subaro.

One person had to climb over the bed - double.Would be good to have more hanging for jackets etc.

We were in Sapporo for the ice festival , I didn’t realise how close the hotel was to Odori park , literally a 5 minute walk . In the other direction from odori park the Tanukikoji Shopping Street was only a five minute walk. The entertainment area about 15 min walk . The room we had (twin room ) was good size , we travel with 2 medium sized suitcases and there was plenty of room, it would be a squeeze if you had larger / more luggage. The bathroom/ shower room was a big size , towels big and fluffy and pyjamas supplied. The Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. Little shop across the road for any supplies needed . Breakfast was varied I even enjoyed the Sapporo ice cream . I would recommend this property .

We bring our own small foam memory pillows as we find most pillows in Japan are hard .

Breakfast was amazing.Room is spacious.

Breakfast is only until 10. If you exceeds that, staff will try to make you feel to hurry up. Staff keeps on approaching us with the signage about the timings. We cannot hurry up as we have a 5 year old toddler who was taking a bit slow eating his food.So we did not managed to enjoy the ice cream choices and we felt rushed.
