Jr Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. We had a brief stay and the hotel was extremely well located for our travels. The breakfast buffet was excellent and provided an incredible view of Sapporo and the surrounding mountains.

This is my go-to hotel in Sapporo due to the location within JR Sapporo Station and the amazing staff. The employee who checked me in was super super amazing and gave me a free upgrade (same as last time) to a big room with two beds. Please send him my thanks I lost his name card and I cannot remember his name :(The ladies at the concierge were also very friendly and very very helpful. Would definitely see you guys again next time.

The room service food could be better given the expensive price. The Zangi was alright but there is better Zangi outside in Sapporo if you don’t mind walking just a little within the area.

location is great, right on top of JR station, but sapporo station is too big, remember to look out for the signs.breakfast is good too, a lot of variety and it's at the top floor, where you can oversee the entire city, it's amazing in a snowy day

room is a bit small, double bed is below standard, and for twin room they can't join twin beds together. and the public bath is not free, even hotel guest need to pay 2400yen per person to enter. this is not common in hokkaido

Breakfast was wonderful, both the Japanese and the western one . Great location, made everything easy . Would definitely stay there again

The location of the hotel is very convenient. A short walk to the trains, departments stores and restaurants The stores sell good quality brands.

Accommodation for late check out of at least two hours.

chose this for location close to Sapporo train station. Had a great view. Clean comfortable room. Enjoyed the choice of Japanese set menu breakfast and the more western style buffet breakfast.

A superb location just above the Sapporo train station, Daimaru and the Stella shopping mall. Well trained staffs, great English speakers, and super polite. Very comfy bed and clean facilities. I must say, this is one of the best hotel to stay in Sapporo.

I stayed for two nights and found nothing at all that I didn't like to be honest. Perhaps, it was the fact that I could not be able to book a bigger room since they are a very high demand property.

No drinks in the fridge or coffee maker in the room but alas instant coffee.Had a mix up with the laundry .. the hotel offer me a $2.5 US dollar compensation for lost socks…

Big and well organized city hotel in a great location. I like the nearby Parking Building which is very convenient and easily accessible. I also like the map of the mountains and buildings in Sapporo area placed by the window. The bathroom, though a bit small, is very practical and convenient.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and attentive, the breakfast buffet was incredible and the onsen was so peaceful and clean. The view from the room was incredible. The location is very convenient as it's right over the station and you can walk to all the main sites.

Proximity to the Sapporo train station. Good corn tea sampling. Location allows for access to stores/shops within the station without having to go outdoors.

They had large gaps in their service. Namely, the front desk does not hold luggage overnight even if you offer to pay. Front desk staff said the train station lockers are always full as well. Lack of empathy. The cost to value of the stay was highly inflated, as the most expensive stay on our trip across the country without offering anything particularly significant compared to other hotels.

Room was tiny at the price we paid. We think it was a mistake but we were too tired to ask for a new room. Also smelled like stale cigarettes and floor was stained. The room alone made this an embarrassing place to take my new wife as part of our honeymoon.

The location was ideal for our travels in Sapporo. Very convenient to get to from the train station or subway station without having to walk outside on the road to cross the streets. Easy access to stores with the underground passageway without having to go outside in the heat or rain. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Despite the construction in front of the hotel and train station the hotel was easily accessible to get to.
