the staff were friendly and the bed was comfy

bathroom was a little small even for a business hotel. if taller it maybe hard to use.

Bed was a little firm, but that's personal preference, was cool being close to Nakajima park, not far to station.

The hotel was located near nakajima park, although it is not along the main road, still the location is very accessible to the train station. Just a 4 min walk to the exit 3 of Nakajima Koen (Namboku Line) and just near Susukino road. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and will gladly come again for our future Sapporo holidays. Thank you so much, Arrigato ?

Great location near Nakajima park - beautiful park to walk through everyday to get to the station and only a few stops away from the city centre. There was a common room with vending machines, cooking facilities and a coin operated washing machine which was very useful. Lots of useful amenities were supplied and the staff were quick to respond to any requests and were very helpful.

The pillows were not very comfortable and the wifi was a bit slow.

Bed was comfy

Drains smelt awful in both rooms the hotel put us in, upper floors have more outdated bathrooms than lower floors and flood. No openable window in lower floor room. Female staff friendly but Male staff rude. Medication was missing from room after cleaner had been.

Close to Nakajima park and to the subway station

Very noisy sound from the ventilation grid inside the room (not from the bathroom) that we could not turn off.

The room is small but comfortable and well maintained and it was very clean. The room is closer to Susukino and the subway station Nakajima Koen

We had a brief stay for one night only due to schedule changed and arrived in Sapporo one day earlier.So we don’t have a strong impact.Overall, great price and good location.You can walk to Susukino by foot around 15mins and by train around 5mins.Not far from Nakajima station.

The room is small but well maintained and clean, all the facilities are available. The hotel is located in the corner of the street but it is close to the city centre

Vending machine on the 2nd floor had not only drinks but also snacks and cup noodles. Room very clean and comfy.

Adding instant coffee to hotel electric kettle set provided in the room would be a nice addition.

Small, cozy and compact room for an overnight stay. Free parking at property was convenient. Very polite and helpful staff.

Bathroom is very small compared to other cities’ Mystays.

Overall a satisfying stay as it is value for money.

I need to pay for parking fee as the hotel parking lot cant accommodate my car. the parking fee for a night is close to 2000 yen.

Near the park and train station

Location is very near to Nakajima park station which is just 1-2 stops away from major city center Susukino and Odori.

Rooms are small as usual for Japanese standard. Also bathroom and toilets are smaller but this is common in Japan. Price too high probably due to peak season during snow festival.

Actually it's beyond my expectations because the ranking is not high. But it's the most cost-effective hotel I found at Sapporo. Though it's bit far from the city center but the park nearby is really a perfect place to play with snow and the nearest subway station is also very convenient, only 5mins walking distance. We made big snowman in the park and small ones everyday. The hotel staff also helped to change the reservation from smoking room to nonsmoking room which is very satisfying. We moved here from another hotel which has hair on their bed and I don't want to waste my vacation there. Here the room is bigger actually, which is enough for my 28inch suitcase and the bed is perhaps 1.5m which is like kingsize in Japan. They even prepared special instant noodles for new year's eve which is Japanese tradition. Overall it's a pleasant stay!

The bedlinen is a bit old which was pilled.

It has all the basic things that you ever need

Nothing really. Its just small.
