La'gent Stay Sapporo Odori Hokkaido

Onsen (hot spring) was the reason I stayed at the hotel. It was clean and it was not that busy as I went there really early. The breakfast restaurant and the food were much better than I expected. I'll definitely recommend this place!

The pajamas.

I stayed at this property as a solo female traveler, and it was one of my favorite hotel stays ever! For the price, the room was exceptionally large for Japan, clean, centrally located, and the beds were so comfortable that I looked forward to getting into bed every night. The staff was also exceptional, and the cleaning ladies always greeted me in the hallway. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Sapporo!

The laundry machines could be improved. I paid 200 yen for 60 minutes to dry my clothes after hand washing them (socks and other undergarments weighing less than a kilo) and they were not dry at all when I pulled them out. I ended up hanging up the articles to air dry in my room.

We did not have breakfast.My son was sick, so we did most our walking close by. It was great you had Family Mart adjoined to the hotel. Your laundromat was very niceI enjoyed reading on floor number two in the open area, while doing laundry. It was nice a nice place to relax.

I did not enjoy looking into the building across from me.

Ver clean cosy hotel. Fantastic breakfast facilities. Nice bar. Within walking distance of the subway and shopping facilities. Family mart shop accessible from the hotel

Nice, clean, comfy beds, great location, spacious room

The only thing I didn't like is the room noise isolation.. when room service or guest talk around my room's door or the hallway I can hear them loud and clear as if my door made of paper (not severly bad but isolation could be better)

The location of the hotel is ideal, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. It is very relaxing to be able to go to the Onsen after a day out in the cold!

Rooms are comfortable and have evrything you need but they are on the smaller side.

The location is great, the room is spacious with complete facilities, and it’s close to shops and restaurants. Loved the onsen.

The toilet is located a bit far from the bathroom.

After paying for a more expensive room with kitchenette, disappointing there were no utensils, plates, pots or pans. When asked at front desk, was given plastic silverware, two salad plates and two bowls. For four star, our shipped luggage had to be brought to the room ourselves. Coffee in lobby only after 13:00.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Convenient location - Hotel is near center of shops and restaurants, like the Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Nijo Market (think sea food). Very close to the Tanuki Koji Tram stop where one can board a tram looping around the city metro area. Within walking distance of the Sapporo main train station with many more shops and restaurants.Our room is nice with a small closet and safe (not all hotels in Japan with same price range have these).

Location was superb, easy access to everything in the city. Nice to have a kitchen. Comfortable beds.

the restaurant for breakfast buffet was not as impressive. It was crowded and the food was fair.Laundry facilities were much appreciated! Really like that it dispenses soap!! The dryer could dry the clothes a bit more as sometimes the clothes cam out damp.

The pillows and blanket had a musky smell. Staff are not trained well. Lacks attention to detail. Will never go back.

The location and the helpfulness of the staff.

Everything was good. The housekeeping staff was available every alternate day- this is fine, but amenities can be refilled in the room daily, directly. These are available freely in the reception area.

The design of the hotel was contemporary and modern while it was cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the farm produces from Hokkaido were tasty.

The onsen was good, however, it was always crowded. The shower area was congested. Adding partition for bathing would be more private and convenient.

Location excellent, shops restaurant and Odori Park beer festival within short walk. Breakfast selection large and rotated with tasty food. Larger room and comfortable bed. Deluxe room on 9th floor woh view of ferris wheel and access to club lounge. Would return again.

The front desk fouled up our early morning taxi reservation and didn't do anything to secure a replacement taxi because the service said they were busy. We were worried about missing our flight but thankfully the GO Taxi app saved the day and a taxi arrived two minutes later.

The room was too small for us and the bathroom was sanitarised enough. The communication with the staff was not easy, because their english was not so good enough.

Great location, walkable to Odori station and streetcar stops, convenience store located in the lobby.

Everything was great!
