Location, staff, cleaness

Smaller room than expected, because it was next to the elevator, it wrapped around it.

Doors can be opened so when I smoke I feel good plus I can look out at the balcony and feel the wind and delicious free breakfast very healthy

It would be nice if they have electric fans cause I always sleep with fans on at home but I love everything about the hotel

Good luggage storage service, 8 mins walk from the Sapporo station. They also provide pajamas. Room is not very big but enough for two people. Quite.

There was a free breakfast

The staff were unhelpful in helping us get a cab to the airport. We had to flag one ourselves outside. Plus, the hotel does not have a proper pick up point.

All sorts of smells coming into the room. Sewage smell in the bathroom in the morning, and a very strong smell of food around breakfast time.

In front of the Hokkaido University, so u can explore the park of the university, and get beautiful pictures there.

The room is so small ?

The location. Distance walk to Sapporo station. The housekeeper kept my forgotten clothes that I left in the toilet till I returned to the hotel a week later for collection.

The check-in staff. They were a little too rigid. Check-in time is 3pm and I was done with check in formalities at 2:50pm and they didn’t allow us to go to our room.

not too far from the station in the very very budget hotel. it is worth your money absolutely. the hotel is opposite to hokkaido university.

The location is very convenient for the Sapporo train station

The room was overall pretty meh - you could tell that it things were pretty old (scratches in the headboard and the paint). The walls are very thin so you hear EVERYTHING including street traffic, other people's conversations, etc.

Beautifully clean comfortable close proximity to railway

Staff was nice, we liked the simple breakfast. Hotel located near the center so it’s possible to explore Sapporo by walking.

Theres a bit of walking distance from Sapporo station so be mindful if you carry big luggages. Room was small, bed was a bit hard.

Clean and reasonably priced, and a very convenient location for the University of Hokkaido

The location near the central station is very convenient. The room was really clean. The view of our shared balcony nice. We enjoyed the Japanese breakfast with curry.

Very small room, high step to compact bathroom. Some staff didn't speak adequate English (did not understand request of wake-up call, even though it is explicitly mentioned next to the phone in the room).

Close to Sapporo Station and Hokkaido University

It seems to be one of the older properties in the chain and has quite a high step up and down into the bathroom (“unit bath”). With my arthritic knees, this as a problem. (Newer Toyoko Inns don’t have this.
