My son had left his phone inside chuo bus and this young lady helped us by calling the company and we managed to get my son phone that night before flying back to Malaysia.That young lady staff hellping us a lot and very kind gestures of her.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, fantastic location, clean rooms, nice bathroom, self check-in/check-out.

Beds are very hard.

Location is right in the city center, very close to the shopping arcade and a block from where the airport limousine bus drops you off. Very walkable location. Most of the staff is great. Luggage storage and luggage delivery services are available. Free breakfast changes each day - some great, some ok. Room size was fine, but a bit tight like Tokyo hotels. Great wifi. The smoking rooms REEK of smoke, so be wary.

The laundry instructions were wrong and initially ate my money. Ignore the directions about "lid lock" and just throw your clothes in, put in the detergent, and add your money. I had an unpleasant interaction with one of the staff who gaslit me when I tried to explain the situation to her.

A very nice hotel in the center of Sapporo - everything you might need when travelling - the room was clean and spacious - the staff was friendly and helpful - you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out - very tasty breakfast - you can even have it as a take away for those who are in a hurry in the morning. I definitely recommend this place to everybody.

The room was very clean, the free breakfast was a nice touch, and the view from the window was stunning. The bed was also very comfortable.

The hotel was great! I loved the location, you could see the busy nightlife on one side and the other side were the department stores where you could go shopping in the morning. Convenience stores were easily accessible and there's a Donki nearby for some late night shopping if you wanted to.A decent breakfast too in the morning!

If there are a lot of guests, sometimes the lobby is very full and it takes a while to use the microwave. But it's a minor complaint, I didn't really have anything in particular I didn't like about this hotel.

Staff are nice and helpful, and Great breakfast. Prefect location, Tanukikoji Street, Nijo Market, Sapporo TV tower and Odori Park within walking distance.Enjoy endless night.

Affordable Japanese business hotel right in the middle of Susukino. We especially liked the location, the cleanliness and the great value for money, especially with the included breakfast ?

Even though we were on the top floor, our window was facing a blank wall less than a meter away… so just keep in mind that not all rooms have a view. But for the price we can't complain, and everything else was in order ?

The location is excellent. It's convenient, clean comfortable even though it's basic and quite small. I would stay again. Value for money.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Its just around the corner of the famous Nikka billboard. Alot of convenience store and restaurants nearby. Very near to train station and the bus stations. Few minutes walk to Parco and other establishments. They also provide free breakfast. They provide new towels and Yukata everyday. Staff are helpful and can speak basic english. Hotel is also very near to the underground walkway going to Sapporo and Odori station. Underground walkway also has alot of restaurants and shops that you might want to explore.

The only downside is that the hotel always has alot of guests but the tables and chairs are too little to accommodate all guests.

Great location. Close to Susukino station so you can get everywhere. Luggage storage service is free which is awesome.

The breakfast does not have any western style options for people who don’t eat Japanese food. Some staff members weren’t friendly or helpful at all, assuming that was because we were foreigners which is really unfortunate as we were looking forward to our stay here. When we checked in one staff member actually asked verbatim “do you have the money?” so that was definitely a shock to the system and uncalled for. The beds are also uncomfortable and you only get 1 very hard pillow, we tried to ask for another and were denied one.

Good location very near to the subway entrance. Provide parking space at high cost. Decent breakfast but very crowded.

The hotel staffs are not welcoming.
