Ibis Styles Sapporo Hotel

Next to convenient store; 2 mins to the subway station. Big room.

The room looks very old. Not exactly like the pictures.

We had a large, quiet room, a very comfortable bed, excellent cleaning service, and wonderfully helpful front desk. They gym was very good, too. Great stay!

NO problems.

It was very clean and had everything available that we needed; staff we very friendly and helpful

Easily accessible and has Lawson underneath . Facilities were clean and great. The staff were very helpful

Sometimes the room heating was a bit too much but that wasn’t a big issue, I loved my stay.

Only there for 1 night, but the room was ideal for our family. We had the twin bed plus 2x extra bed configuration. Not a huge amount of room around the beds but if we hadn't had the extra beds in there, there would have been space and furniture for a sitting area.Very clean and quiet, and very close to Nakajima Park and the subway stop. Breakfast was great, we pre-booked and it was good value with a wide selection. The kids buffet was a treat, with mini pancakes, ice cream and other things.Service was lovely and we were able to leave our baggage for a couple of hours between check-out and heading to the airport.

I like the convienience of this place. There is lawson right below the hotel and train station is just 3 mins walk. They have the amenities i wanted. They do have coin laundry too!

None. This hotel is just perfect.

Location is key. Nakajimakoen Park and station are just at the corner. Really wonderful for nature lovers, at the same time easy access to anywhere.

The hotel was close to the train station and it had a Lawson attached to it by the lobbyThe bedroom was very spacious and had a bath tub. The breakfast option was very good

Lobby area wasn’t very welcoming

This property offers a convenient location, within a five-minute walk of the nearest train station, and represents excellent value; it is both clean and spacious. Furthermore, a Lawson convenience store is located within the building and laundry. We plan to return.

The location is near Nakajima Park and Nakajimakoen Station. Walking distance to Susukino. Value for money. Lawson at the ground floor is very convenient.

I Love everything about the hotel. The friendly staff & most importantly everything is just walking distance. The only thing i didn't really like is the laundry is kinda dusty and needs cleaning , but overall everything else is perfect and I would definitely book again in the future. We will definitely come back

Room is huge for Japanese standard! Big windows, couch, tables. We can open our luggages well. Good location, near the bustling Susukino area but more on the quiet part. Has a Lawson convenience store at the first floor. Helpful staff. Great gym facilities.

Room was dusty when we checked in. They also do not clean thorougly and forget to replace mugs / coffee.

Near train station, convenient shop on ground floor

Room too small

Spacious warm and well ventilated rooms

No problems - very helpful staff

Location

Cleanliness. Rooms were not fully cleaned. Rocks on the floor, bathroom sink has toothpaste marks, under the sink had black slime (maybe mold). Pillows had hairs. Only 3 washers & 3 Dryers, all old. For the size of the hotel, washer & dryers should be at all floors. The price was not worth the stay

Spacious room with a great view, excellent location near Nakajima Park. Good buffet and facilities

No smart tv

They don’t know how to make scrambled eggs. They left watery, uncooked. Good location.

Pillows were uncomfortable

The location and the indoor access to Lawson Convenient Store.

No free bottled water.

Comfortable beds

They gave us a smoking room, but we wanted a non smoking one ..although there was no smell in the room, but the smell in the corridor was very bad, not suitable for kids

Spacious

Dirty, old n smells
