Not ONE thing! This hotel was perfect!!!!
The hotel’s location is super convenient as we were taking early flight next morning. Breakfast was good but had to queue up as too many people.
It is in New Chitose Airport and Airport has lots of facility including shopping archade, food court and oncen. Must try Ramen Steet, especially Ebisoba Ichgen.
Airport closes at 11:00PM.
Extremely convenient for arriving or departing from New Chitose Airport. Plenty of good restaurants in the airport terminal. Very good breakfast included in price, spacious room with window overlooking planes.

no air con, only heater. Staff bring electric fan which is helpful for ventilation in room. My account on booking.com was hacked, feel frustrated entire trip. Message was sent from Air terminal on first day we arrived Hokkaido.

The reception person could be more courteous and friendly. His approach/attitude does put me off.
Convenience to the airport -- I was able to reach my hotel conveniently after an evening flight, then rent a car the following morning to depart Chitose.
The room was small. I would have preferred a room with twin beds.
Right above the airport. Pretty damn cool, room was decent sized and not too cramped. Everything was very clean along with good quality bathroom toiletries.
Windows couldn't be opened, it is probably due to the thickness of the windows but I prefer having the option to open it or not

Breakfast should start earlier. Guest on early flights will have no time for breakfast which is included in room rates. No option to exclude breakfast.
The location can’t be beat. Also the rooms are of decent size especially considering it’s Japan
You can’t control the temperature of your room independently; as we visited in autumn the heater was automatically set and we couldn’t adjust it which affected sleep quality
