Sapporo Prince Hotel

Location was close to the Odori Park Snow Festival and walking distance to Susukino. Although we didn¿t use the free shuttle service to/from the Sapporo train station, that is a great perk.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice.

The hotels are is starting to show. Could use some new carpets and a fresh coat of paint.

Nice rooms, good staff, clean area

I loved the room we stayed, the location was very convenient but still quiet. Breakfast was also great. There was one lady at the lounge for breakfast with braces, who was very helpful and welcoming. I appreciated her customer service.

I had two minor things. I wish the tower I stayed had a direct access to the laundry room. I had to use laundry multiple times as I stayed for 10 days with a kid, but every time I had to go downstairs and change the elevator etc, which was very inconvenient. There was also very unfriendly cleaning staff who followed to clean where my kid touched. I get it, that it's her responsibility to make everywhere spot on, but I just felt uncomfortable.

Nice hotel but overpriced and in relatively poor location

Location not very good. Buffet is overpriced, especially in temp. location. Fees added to bill are outrageous.

Views from higher floors was exceptional. Lounge utensils very elegant, great food and drink selections. Club room size and layout really good. Location next to Airport Bus stop and Tanukikoji-Koji shopping street was perfect.

Not only was it the only hotel onsen we had to pay extra for (we stayed at 8 hotels with onsen) it was the worst onsen of the ones we visited!?

Onsen is paid and it doesn’t have a sauna similar to what we’ve booked in the past almost the same price

Have to pay for on-site onsen. It is at least 10 minutes of walk to the heart of Susukino. It is better to book at Sapporo, Odori, or further down in Nakajima.

Clean, good location, great view

Sapporo Prince Hotel is a nice hotel located less than 10min walking from tanukikoji arcade street and various other attractions such as Odori park, although a bit farer to the station that require a change with the metro line.Breakfast is buffet style and quite vary; there is public bath available in the hotel but note that there is an extra cost (daily) to use it.Room is on par with Japanese standard and comfortable.Staff cordial and available as ways in Japan

Very happy with our stay at the Sapporo Prince Hotel. The rooms are small, but large enough (compared to others) to be able to unpack 3 suitcases. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet and dark (during the night), which provided a great nights sleep. Staff were wonderful, and very helpful. Taking bags to the rooms etc.Relatively well located, we walked down Odori Park to the TV Tower and Clock Tower. We had a nightcap at the Sky Bar, which had amazing views of the city at night. However, you do have to pay a small fee after 5:30pm (added to your bill) approx. 8AUD p person. Personally we thought it was worth this, excellent cocktails too.

Sadly we didn’t use the onsen during our stay (there is an extra charge to use this). The female inside onsen had a risk of legionnaires. The female outside onsen was available to use, but I believe it is quite small. Although the male onsen was available my husband was put off by the legionnaires, so decided not to use it.

I like the location, its convenient and it is easy to see from a far. There is also airport shuttle but you need to reserve ahead.

We booked a standard room (floor 11). It looked a bit outdated in terms of interior. TV does not have chromecast or netflix capability. Free WIFI is very spotty, not good ?!
