Amazing onsen. Small but efficient rooms.

The location is excellent. The sento is as well. Excellent breakfast, great value for money, local products and really delicious. Very nice staff.

It hasn’t been renovated in a while and it shows. But it is clean.

Overall great value for money, comfortable stay for us of 5 people, there is traditional spa/sauna and very nice breakfast. But only only downside for us as family being it can be challenging finding a place for dinner in the busy Susukino district popular for nighlife as we tried so many restaurants there and being turned away due to no reservations. We found much better success for restaurants near the Sapporo train station, albeit still wait time for some popular restaurants.

Superb breakfast. Spacious room size. Onsen is great.

Quite a walk from Susukino station. (600 m.maybe.)

    10zaoliPosted on: 12-22-2025

The breakfast was wonderful; the best. The onsen has the just right location. The beds were comfortable and look pretty. It looks so nice I didn’t realized the smoking room.

    NOTHING AT ALL!

    6TranPosted on: 12-20-2025

The onsen facilities are amazing! The roof in the winter time was much needed!

There’s a strong smell of cigarettes the minute you walk into the lobby and that smell leaks into the rooms! We were on the top floor and all you smell is cigarettes while sleeping

    9MinaPosted on: 8-26-2025

Onsen, breakfast (had to pay extra 1800 yen, but it’s worth it), free amenities, separated 2 piece pajamas

Entrance smelled like tobacco since there was a smoking area right by the front door.

    7PerseusPosted on: 6-4-2025

I liked how close it was to the commercial area.

A couple of our mattresses were stained, not clean. The room size, I know 4 people can sleep but there's got to be room to move around, it almost seems that this was a two bed room and they just threw two extra futons and made it a 4 person room. The elevator door does not stay open very long and it does not sense when people are trying to enter, it's quite dangerous.

    7GiovannyPosted on: 4-24-2025

Good location, a few minutes walk from the main comercial area. Friendly staff and nice check in.

The basic room it's extremely basic. Old facilities, smelly carpet. Needs a renew asap.

    9RobertPosted on: 3-21-2025

Great value for money! I booked the superior cabin room which was the right amount of space for my ski bag and luggage. The unlimited use of sento (bath house) was included in my stay!

    7SarahPosted on: 3-14-2025

A short walk from Susukino station. The room has everything you need and there's amenities and a laundry room downstairs on the reception ground floor. Microwaves and vending machines are on the reception level and on 2 other levels. They had free hand warmers at reception which was kind of them and luggage storage. The Onsen is really nice with indoor and outdoor baths, pots to sit in and a sauna.

Our room was missing a small table and a chair. We only know this because they were in our room last time we stayed here. The room felt a bit older and less maintained then last time we were here. There was a trouser press machine which was big and took up space in the room. Last time we stayed here which was a couple of years ago but the open air onsen allowed snow to fall in and it was so magical being up there when it was snowing with snow falling on you while you were in the hot water. This time only the men’s onsen allowed snow to fall though the roof and not the women’s which was really disappointing. That was one of the reasons we booked this hotel for my birthday so I could have that magical snowy onsen experience again. I was very disappointed. One of the onsen staff who was taking a bath after the onsen staffing hours finished was gossiping to another woman about me. I guess they didn't realise I could understand Japanese being a western girl.

Location. Facilities. Plenty of vending machines and a laundry to use. The smart TV was good and allowed us to use streaming apps such as Netflix

Very small rooms. Expensive. People with tattoos cannot use public facilities such as public baths. Despite booking non-smoking rooms, one of our rooms was on a smoking floor. And it did faintly smell of cigarettes. Staff mixed up our rooms and gave us the wrong number of keys.

breakfast is awesome and also the hot spring is very good to experience ,the surrounding environment is quite , nearby is the famous ramen restaurant

    10DanielPosted on: 3-3-2025

WOW that champagne breakfast! And a wonderful onsen and friendly staff.

    4CharliePosted on: 2-26-2025

Good value of money. Nice breakfast.

The whole entrance and guests hallway smell like cigarettes. We were given unclean towels (smells “funny” (if you know what I mean). Complained to staff and was accused instead. Very unhappy with the service.

    10ElizabethPosted on: 2-24-2025

Incredible onsen, great location, great buffet breakfast.

Occasionally caught a whiff of smoke in the elevator from the smoking floor.

    9ShinPosted on: 2-14-2025

It’s spacious and the beds are comfortable. Being able to use the onsen facility is definitely an advantage.

    8KiraPosted on: 2-12-2025

The breakfast in the hotel is excellent and everything is quite good, but for some reason there were no bags of tea and coffee in the room. although there were cups and a kettle

    A little bit pricey
