Good choices for breakfast and dinner, free parking (multi storey parking). Good onsen, spacious room and comfortable bed.

Too crowded during dinner and breakfast.

    8WaiPosted on: 3-1-2025

The buffet dinner and breakfast are wonderful with a large variety of food. Staff are refilling the food in a very timely manner. The public hot bath is big enough to accommodate a lot of people and no need to wait. Most staff are helpful. The public areas are very well decorated.

I cannot book the free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo station. I asked 2 times in the app but there was no response. I then asked a friend who knows Japanese to call them and check and found that the bus was full. I had to book a car and drive there by myself.

The meals were amazing as was the onsen. If travelling by public transport the bus stop is only 50 metres away.Comfortable rooms and a well appointed gift shop. They kindly assisted us to forward our luggage by post as it was cheaper than using Yamato.

The hotel information on the english language wasn't accurate and wasn't the same as the japanese version. I missed the breakfast 15 minutes late because of this. When I told the staff about the information in the English version and asked for something to eat, they said they thrown it all away already.

Good location and free pickup from Sapporo station.

Breakfast would be better if the choice could be changed everyday .

first time visiting sapporo with my parents. they loved everything about this hotel including the breakfast and dinner.

the only thing that i felt a bit inconvenient was the neighborhood. not that I wasn’t aware, but this is a onsen village and it might be boring for people looking for entertainment or good restaurants

    6KwanPosted on: 1-10-2025

The river view from hotel room and onsen quality are both really good.

Hotel restaurant staff and hotel shop staff were rude, impolite and unprofessional. They were unwilling to offer help and spoke rudely to customers. This is not the quality I expect from staff at this hotel and brand.

    The onsen and buffet dinner.

The timing allocated for the dinner at the hotel.

    7ChongPosted on: 1-4-2025

Easy to get around, hotel is clean and the bread is flavourful.

Buffet is not as good as expected, Ventilation at the breakfast and dining area is bad.

Modern onsen facilities including resting lounge. Many free parking lots

Old style Lobby, very old room but clean, only centralised aircondition; can't adjust temperature, only heater while outside cold, can choose only on or off.Not good taste both dinner and breakfast buffet, queuing so slow.

Hotel serves fabulous breakfast spread, but exceptionally bad / rude service. Staff unable to speak English and exceptionally inflexible.

    Inflexible and poor communication.

    8MichaelPosted on: 10-11-2024

Impressive breakfast buffet. Nice foot bath on back terrace.

Their onsen is Not tattoo friendly. However a mile out of town is a tattoo friendly onsen at Hoheikyo Hot Spring, accessible by public bus.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious with excellent variety. Room was clean and futon was laid out for us as we ate dinner!Onsen was well equipped.

Dinner time and breakfast time could be extended.’Room was small for 5 people.

    8WilliamPosted on: 4-20-2024

Onsen was cool, staff were all very nice and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Altogether it was a sweet experience that I enjoyed.

Well, I have tattoos, so that makes onsens a bit difficult because I have to hide them. But I respected the rules and hid them so it's all good, but yeah thats a rule I would change.

free shuttle service from Sapporo station. a big plus for us because we were not driving in winter. hotel is just 100m from the shrine light festival and surprisingly hotel gave us a free ticket for the festival. buffet breakfast and dinner had an insane spread! outdoor onsen is great when it’s -8 degrees outside!!

    everything was perfect!

    10DevinPosted on: 2-12-2024

The cleanliness, amenities, location, and the delicious breakfast!

    10MichellePosted on: 2-10-2024

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. It was a little bit old, but the room was warm, large, and had an excellent view. The hotel staff will make the futon beds for you and the futon beds are very comfortable here. The onsen facilities are nice, as well as the outdoor foot bath. Theres also plenty to do here. I regret not bringing my swimmers, because they have a pool here. There are even karaoke rooms you can rent. Great location, and plenty of variety at breakfast as well.
