Small rooms, typical Japanese hotel. Location is great as near Sapporo station

Tidy and quite too hot when Switch on the A/C

The breakfast and the location are the main reason to stay there.

The cafe on the first floor (the place for the breakfast) closes during the day time. I wish it opens anytime for me to meet my friends .

So close to Daimaru and Stellar Place - just across the road. Rooms are clean. The British gentleman at the check in counter was superb and friendly. We had a really nice chat.

Rooms can be small unless you upgrade to deluxe rooms.

Our standard double room, which we had booked, felt far too cramped for the two of us. It was shockingly smaller than even our bathroom at home, making it difficult to maneuver around with medium-sized luggage. The limited space left me feeling quite suffocated during sleep. If I had to recommend, I would suggest opting for a twin bed room or even a triple bed room for a more comfortable stay.

Nice location, close metro station, close (non-stop) shops and eating place nearby

good location, the hotel elevator was accesible directly to JR train, subway and underpass walkway.

its an old property even the table and TV you will notice its very old. i think no matter how the staff will clean it will be still dusty which i had an allergy attacked inmediately. i cannot stay longer in my room so i need to check out early..

Rooms are dated and tiny as expected. The bad part is the air conditioner. It's hot and you can't control the a/c since it's the whole building hvac system or whatever they said it was. At night it was a little chill outside but our room was hot and humid. Can't control the AC unit. They can't do anything about it but give u a fan for the room which didn't help much. Can't sleep for days with the room being so warm and unbearable day and night. Don't recommend it at all.

The hotel staff are warm and friendly. The hotel has an excellent geographical location. Shopping, dining, and transportation are all very convenient. You can directly reach the train station through an underground passage. The hotel's main entrance is just a 1-minute walk from the New Chitose Airport shuttle bus station.The hotel is well-equipped with convenient storage facilities in the lobby, as well as free hot and cold drinks, coffee, and popsicles. There is a highly recommended Japanese cuisine izakaya on the second floor of the hotel, with an elegant environment and excellent value for money.

this is a good location and all nice accommodating staff.

A lot smaller than we expected. Weird wet smell when we entered the room and through out our stay.

Location is perfect, just few steps ftom the Sapporo station. Staff is friendly, but some young employees are inexperiences and therefore a little bit slow.

1. SELF check-in system. As a result, there are many check-in counters, and lot of people there are busy with doing something and looking at the computer screens, while customers might be unattended.2. Standard rooms are quite small. But this is a common problem for all Japanese business hotels

Best. Breakfast. Ever.My friend and I literally picked this hotel because of their breakfast spread, and when we came back to the hotel later, there was an insane line for the lunch!!Rooms are small, but etiquette for a short stay.The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. And they have a great luggage sewing system in the lobby. If you need to keep your stuff there after you check out or if you arrive early.

We use the booking to order a triple room, but we were given a double room for some reason. They said that that was an issue with booking, and they were able to switch our rooms shortly after checking in.

It is right next to Sapporo Station and a couple blocks away from Odori Park. I loved how everything was within walking distance from the hotel. There’s also a lounge with free drinks and popsicles!

The rooms are a bit small for my American standards but me and my husband managed. We weren’t staying for very long so we didn’t have a lot of luggage anyway but it may be difficult for those with larger luggage.

I choose the hotel because of the perfect location, across the Sapporo Station and also the biggest department store in Sapporo, Daimaru and Stellar Place. You can access the station from across the street or through connecting tunnel underground which also has direct access to the local train. So perfect to get around Sapporo and nearby cities.
